man, oh man,  that got me good.  i should have known.
  3. glock 26, 19, 17 and s&w model 39.
  4. look for a s&w j-frame and/or ruger wheel gun.
  5. i stopped shopping at dick's when they down sized their hunting section many years ago.
  6. it has gotten to the point that the only news that you can trust is fox news channel and the blaze (glenn beck).   all others are not worth the time watching.   but the problem is that over 52% of the peoples are watching the others.
  7.   at one time all you need was the life time member number and name.  then you called the nra and tell then that member (name and number) was your sponsor for the $300.00 life time membership.  you had to asked for the $300.00 program.  if this program is still active and you want someone to sponsor you, pm me and i will be glad to do so.
  8. the nra should come out stating that we need to enforce the current gun laws.  if we enforce the current gun laws we would not have these problems.  sometime you need to build more jails and keep them in for longer times.  take away the tv/radios in jail.  make jail like it use to be,,, no fun.  bring back the chain gang like what we had in the 60's.   seeing men cutting the right of way in 100 plus heat in august set me on the stright road.   i knew i did not want to be like others morons i knew in school.  it use to be, many mango season ago, you get in trouble, as a young man the judge gave you two options.  go to the chain gang or go see that nice army recuriter that  is out side the court room door.  had several friends that was given this option in the late 60's.   they did not take the chain gang option.
  9. i hope it will be after lunch.  friday is steak day for lunch at bud's.
  10. the band drove up the prices of everything.  get ready for high prices again.  in some area it has started.
  11. they use actions like the school shooting to get gun control.  they need gun control to control us.

    AK vs. SKS

i got both and at this time i would go for a sks and use the different in the cost for ammo.
  13. can you get the screw out? if not i would tap a new one in. a screw is better than lock tight.
  14. reloading equipment looks good for start up. get some reloading books. old and/or new books will work. i still pickup old reloading books for the good info they have. the first thing is to build a big and heavy bench. you will need working space and a heavy bench that will not flex when you reload rifle ammo. if you can bolt it to the wall, even better. check for used equipment also. good deals to be found on used equipment.
  15. the only place i know is from kel tec. it will not take long, about a week to get it from them.
  16. i pickup a used one from marshall (mouseguns) several years ago. marshall sold it to a guy and he returned it. so i knew it was going to be a problem if two persons had trouble with it. it was a bad gun at the time. it took lots of work to make it run. it went back to kel tec once for a new slide. i replaced all parts except the frame. kel tec mailed me all the parts free. i ran over 1k rounds testing the gun. i also drop in pop's trigger to help my fringer. after a grip replacement the gun has turned to a 100% gun that will fire six mags as fast as i can pull the trigger and reload without any problems. but that does not happen to all kel tec guns. i like the pf9, it is a easy gun to carry. go over to kel tec org to read up og them.
  17. he was good to watch on tv. rip
  18. go over to glock talk. you can find them in the exchange section. i have pickup several there for a better than lgs /inter net prices.
  19. 7.62x39 ammo is still cheap to buy at this time so no reason to reload it. 5.56 ammo is not cheap and i reload it.
  20. before we know it all things that is american will be gone. they are doing their best to push american things out and bring in crap as the normal way of like. teach your children the american way so there will be someone to carry on.
  21. i think i got one of them somewhere in my holster of the month foot locker in the man cave.
  22. happy thanksgiving to all.
  23. i go with five.
  24. i would first get one of the reloading book and do some reading before i got any equipment. check out some of the powder web site to look at thier reloading data to see what they use for the cals that you want to reload. there are several good reloading web sites to read up also. i would also start out with a single stage press before you moved up to a dillon.
  25. man she was hard to see.
