  1. Thanks for the post. Some good info there, and maybe a prospective sale or 2.
  2. Very nice find! You just can't beat the Smith revolvers!
  3. Dang! That means I gotta get up at an unreasonable hour on a Saturday morning!   But I plan on being there.
  4. I could like that. Where's this new center located?

    PSA 9mm AR

I don't think you'll regret it! They are really sweet. I put an older Eotech on mine and it works out very well. Matches my Troy folding sights perfectly.

    PSA 9mm AR

Congrats! Looks remarkably similar to my Colt Sporter AR9.   Mabe we can get together sometime and try them out.

    PSA 9mm AR

Build was my intention, but having one in front of me was just too much temptation.   I was looking at a side-charger style, ala Circle10, and to use Glock mags. Pricing out all the different parts, I was coming in around 850 on the low end.   Time and parts availability made the decision for me.   With a few upgrades, like free float tube, and Gunfighter charging handle, this rifle works for me. And it came in at the 1000 mark that I was expecting to see.   Next, looking to make it a side-folder.    So, it works for me. Not for everybody I know, but that's what make this all fun.
  8. Sadly I say...I miss you, Comms. You were a shining light in the darkness. Even if you didn't like 40 and trashed it every chance you got.

    PSA 9mm AR

I got a 9mm AR build from Smith, a member here. It has the PSA parts and the aluminum mag block. It runs great on the PSA mags so far, and the Colt 32 round mags as well Great little pistol.   Well, I got the urge for one of the new PSA Hybrids that use Glock mags. Let me tell you it is fantastic. I can't say enough good about it.   If you would like to see one in person to check it out, and are in the Gallatin area; go to Sam Hoster. You know Sam, the gunsmith in the AshaBranner Pawn building on S. Water ST.   He has a few to sell. You won't regret it. Most Fridays I can be found there using the range. That's another gem to be found there.
  10.   HUH?? Have I missed something?
  11. Soccer moms?  Heck I want it!
  12.   That's my problem!
  13.     Thanks, I thought so, but always good to ask...especially for me. My 6920 is the older Magpul edition. Hasn't seen much use, but it's still here. lol
  14. I bought all mine several years ago when the PMR was just a rumor. Tried to stock a few rounds of it. Turned out good that I did.
  15.   That's not bad on the 22 and a mediocre to fair price on the WMR.  5-6 cents a round is pretty good on the Federal these days. That's about as good as I've gotten online recently.      So do I, my friend. I recently got a price on a 5000 round case that was really good I thought. So I got a friend and we split it. With shipping included, it was just under 7 cents a round. Not great, but for subsonic, CCI, we went for it. So we at least have enough for a few range sessions without worry.
  16. Question please. What's the difference between the 6720 and the 6920?
  17. Well...that was a surprise!   But when Darryl decided to go back to the truck on the tracks, I just knew a disaster was coming.
  18. Like both pictured here...but mini kukuri(?) for ggwilde is fantastic.
  19.   She-who-must be-obeyed will hear that!
  20.   I really hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but...It don't get no better as ya' get older buddy.   Take my word for that. I'm more than twice your age. Not twice as smart by a long shot, but been thru a wee bit o' the anathesia myself.
  21.   Just barely could see...but I thought the back looked a little like the rear of the Scorpion. My mistake.   Yeah, I bet that was fun! Yours?
  22. Scorpion?
  23. I really would like one. Really. but as Steelharp says...it is big...and it is heavy. But oh so purty!!!
  24. Lithotripsy. Making smaller rocks out of a bigger one.   No guarantee the littler ones will be small enough to pass without pain.   Take the anathesia.
