  I try to do this as well.   I embarrassed myself once years ago. I dropped an "unloaded" 629 and found myself looking down the barrel as it fell.   And I could see those shiny slugs looking back at me. I almost wet myself. Really.   Thankfully, nothing happened.

Got a letter today. Maybe it's just me, but signing up for the free "protection" is a bit of a problem.

My prayers for you both. DO what the docs tell you for recovery.   An old boss of mine had the same surgery. A week after, he was back in the office being superman, telling us how easy it was and how good he felt.   Two weeks later, he had it done again. The recovery was far longer and much more painful for him.   But you won't do things like that...will you?   Seriously buddy. Take the advice given and rest. We'll be praying and awaiting your return.

Yes, I was looking at the DDI-12 as well. I have a strong urge to have an AR/AK style shotty. Unfortunately my urges are not backed by money at the moment.

  Not real good with firearms identification, but agree with you. I was thinking it was an MG42 or very similar.   As far as the rounds being launched with an AK, I was too stunned to believe I was seeing that. Lighting a fuse and dropping it in a weird looking canister? Wow.

Yes... that's the one. I have something a little different in mind though. Maybe a deep reddish to purple burlwood(?), a small angled guard, and maybe a Damascus blade. Never said I was very knowledgeable on knives, but I know what I like. lol

Will have a few soon, but tax time, parts orders, guns and ammo have eaten the budget to hell and back recently.

If you can get it for anywhere near that 325 you are stealing that pistol.  With original box and papers, that could get into 4 figures very easily on the open or auction market.   Yes I know some will disagree here, but go to looking for that combo and the ones I've seen over the last few years will start at 500+ and not look half that good.   And Yes...this is coming from a Smith fan who would love to own that one. You better lock this one up.

Words don't begin to express my sadness for you. I can't imagine your feelings at this time. My wife and I have been together since 1973, and though we have our difficulties, a life without her would be devastating.   Our prayers for you and your family.

Although not a great fan, I could appreciate the talent that was Prince. And as TrickyNicky says...the man could make that guitar sit and scream.   As for the drugs and other issues, while I didn't agree with any of them personally; it all seems to go along with the gifted and greatly talented musicians.   Don't really understand it.
