Very good one, Comms. lol But I have a lot of Ballistol that was given to me to use first. Then I'll go for the next cleaner. And btw...my G24 is so awesome it self cleans with every shot. -
That is AWESOME!!!

And how much time has elapsed here from last episode to this one? Carl sure seems to have recovered fast. And the picture of Rick, Michonne, Carl and the baby in the frame. Looks like we have a lot of tech still available. Also...they sure have cleaned the bodies and streets really well. I saw no stains. Last but not least. I saw this little hookup coming for a while. I don't read the comics or novels, so I had no inside knowledge on it. All in all, a fair episode, but a bit lame with all the mistakes in action and judgment from Rick and Daryl.

Yeah...that's what I was thinking too. Rosco looks quite capable of handling any situation.

At the moment...my bank account says I can't. lol

Thanks for the comments. The mirror what I've found with other, similar compact 9s. But haven't shot a 43, only held one. On just the feel of the Shield vs the 43, my personal choice is the Shield. But that's just me. If I get around to actually shooting one...it might change. Heck...I used to not like the 1911. :dropjaw:

Please Consider Becoming a TGO Benefactor or Authorized Vendor
hipower replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in General Chat
Good commentary, kidd. This I think is pretty much the same reasoning for most of us. I found the site when a past, now banned(He who must not be named) friend of mine told me of it. I was doing chemotherapy at the time and it gave me something to do each day. I would read all the threads while hooked up to the IV drips, and it helped take my mind off the waiting. I found I was pretty much in synch with the people here, so after sharing in the goodness for quite some time, I did become a Benefactor Member. Gotta admit it did have a lot to do with wanting to have a semi-trustworthy(lol) audience to buy, trade and sell with; but it was also payback for all the time and help I had received from the people here. I've met quite a few of our members, made friends, several really god ones, and had a wonderful time doing it all. So the benefits are many, the drawbacks almost non-existant, and TGO David gets a little payback for all the work...and frustration I'm sure; that he has put into this. Yeah...it's more than worth the cost. I urge all you who can to do so. (Ok, bossman...when do I get paid for this glowing endorsement? lol) -
Have you had any experience with the 9mm Shield? If so, how would you compare the two?

You are right! That Burl is gorgeous!!

But you can get stupid being old.

Saw this one on FB last night. My wife is addicted to it now. But she does occasionally some me some of the jokes she sees. This was a good one.
-
I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this one. lol
-
Yes...A Model 19! I have a couple and think them the best of the S&W magnums. jmo

I don't care if I, and everyone here has already said it...You guys are terrific! X100! It brings a tear to my eye seeing these little ones. As much as we would like to take one, our Molly will not accept a puppy in the house. She is so spoiled it is pathetic.

Thanks for the information. I'm still trying to spread this around.
-
My fondest congratulations for number 2! Get ready to more absent! lol

Watching this a hopefully learning something from it. As I've never had a problem with any of my Glocks or the Clock factory magazines; I am interested in the outcome of his problems and what needs to be done to resolve them. I mean absolutely no disrespect to the OP, ballz71, or the guys who do some of the more extensive mods to Glocks or any other gun. But I do not buy anything that has been modified beyond factory work. With my skill levels, or lack of them, it's just better for me. It lays open a mess of problems that might or might not ever crop up, be them legal if in a shoot, or warranty issues. Perhaps I'm being overly paranoid, but that's just me.

Ok, two questions. Which item you need more/ and how do I have it sent to you?
-
Then how'd she end up with you?
-
Well...Quite an episode! A few I expected, and some that I didn't. Last part of the season sure is picking up.
-
Go for it, Sidecarist. I'm ragging on Comms...as usual. I have a SAO 220 that I'm rather fond of, but can't seem to sell it, or I might try for it.
-
HRUUMMPH! What u know...u no like 40 either.

Yes.

Well we sorta got off the OP's original line here with the 10/22 commentary. But that's normal for us. lol I did own a 597 with a thumbhole stock for a while, a beautiful brownish red laminate one. It had a Tasco 3x9 scope on it that was pretty good. I wasn't a Leupold, but I wasn't a great shot either. Anyway, shot a few hundred rounds with it, with a few ejection problems. Seemed like every other mag, I'd have one or two. Yes I did have a couple of the 10 round plastic mags, so that could be it. The rifle was accurate, and fun, but a bit less dependable than I liked. I sold it at a gun show that same year.
