  1. Just let me know what you're selling next.
  2. I'm in the same, or similar, situation. The man I bought it from is asking to buy it back. I don't really shoot it that much, but I really hate to give it up. He wants to give what I paid him for it, and I don't think I really want that amount back. It's just too good a shooter, and heaven knows when I'd be able to replace it with another in comparable condition.   Hmmm, I think I just decided.
  3. Great score on that one. Hard to find and many in rough condition.
  4.   That's about the best awnser I've seen so far.
  5. Man, that's bright and colorful. Sure won't easily misplace that bag.
  6. Thanks, I thought it was. I bought one and haven't take it shooting yet. :stunned:  :squint:  Yeah, I know... I'll get around to it.   But I do like my C3, maybe better than the Champion Operator I got in a trade deal several years ago.
  7. Rotary head razors suck. It's that simple for me. As far as electrics, Braun is the best I've used. Granted that's only been 3 different brads. Remington, Norelco, and Braun. I never really liked the electrics, but when I had to start chemo, I was warned not to use anything else for fear of infection from possible nicks and cuts.   But all that said, I still prefer bladed razors. I've tried the 2/3/5 bladed monstrosities and they don't work any better than the single for me. My beard's not especially tough, just grows in several different directions and makes a really close smooth shave darn near impossible, especially around the neck.
  8.   Yes, 45acp was the best for pin matches. But I didn't know any better then. It was a 9mm or nothing. By the time I figure out that anything but a high-neck hit on the pin wouldn't knock them over or off the table...well you saw my time.   But in my defense, I was getting great little holes punched in the pins, just was taking 2 and 3 shots to get'em all off the table. Did fair with the steel plates though.
  9. But aint it purty?
  10. Good for you!   Always wanted to. Perhaps I'll make the time someday.   I shot a "fun match" with bowling pins, steel plates, and a "jungle walk" years ago at the Gallatin Gun Club and had a ball.   That was the first time my HighPower let me down...those darn wooden bowling pins just wouldn't drop for me. I ran 3 mags and 28 seconds getting those 5 pins off the table. That was an embarrasment. Felt like an idiot.  But it sure was faun.
  11. Wes, good start. Just need a C3 in the mix and make it perfect.   Is that a TacOps in the center?
  12. Thanks for the commentary. Pistol looks very clean of line and shape, like about all the Sig pistols.
  13. I think I'll pass on the free portrait.
  14. The nightmare is already here. The question before us is how we as people, as a nation; will deal with it.
  15. Very Nice! I too like the Starburst pattern. Looks great on your pistola.
  16.    In spite of the good intentions of all here, this is the most likely outcome.
  17. Yes, got the sale ad this morning and had to appreciate the fact that I ordered 4 back in December before the panic pricing went into effect.
  18. Unfortunately, I believe this is all too true     .
  19. Yes I spotted that after I posted. But doesn't hurt to contact and verify with the seller. Sometimes things happen and it might still be available. If that's the type you want...go ahead and ask.
  20. I've seen a decent amount, no great piles of it or wide selection, but not impossible to get some form of defensive ammo at almost every show I've been to in the last 3 months. Not at a price you might like, but some is available.
  21. Kimber SIS Pro 4 in knoxville, Tennessee gun classifieds ... Hope this works. I don't have the best track record linkng.   MY very bad. Says listing is no longer active. Very sorry.
  22. Are you familiar with gunlistings.org? There's a Kimber SIS Pro with 4" on there for 720. It's in Knowville.
  23. And to steal the thought and bastardize a reply...The eternally vigilant man is rapidly vanishing from this country. There are some left, but are a dying breed.
  24. Check E-Bay and the like. You'll find prices from reasonable to the outrageous on used to new Pelican Cases in different sizes.  I haven't looked recently, but I got a new one last year for 95, and found a like new condition for 50. But prices are all over the place usually.   Good luck.
  25. Yep, they will draw a lot, and that's a major understatement, from several un-named persons here. Right Steel?
