Got a question before I put this in our no guns list.

Recommended Posts

My wife and I went to The Ruby Tuesdays at I40 and Strawberry Plains this afternoon and I is posted with a gun buster and one of the Guns Free Dining Tennessee stickers. Has RT changed it policy acording to the Manager I spoke to they are required by Corporate to post them? Im going to e-mail them and see.

Gun free dining Tennessee list 42 Ruby Tuesday Restaurants. 41 are listed as “not yet contactedâ€.

One (2110 Green HillsVillage Drive in Nashville) is listed as no guns allowed.

So since I doubt the “not yet contacted†claim, I would guess it is up to the store manager or franchise owner.

The one in Clarksville on Madison St is not posted.

The one in Clarksville on Ft. Campbell Blvd. was not posted about a year ago. I was by there a few days ago, but didn't stop there, so....

May just be managers discretion.

Ruby Tuesday is one of the worst restaurants in the area IMO. Easily one of the worst corporate places. Some of my coworkers are former RT employees and they have some pretty bad horror stories from working there.

However, I hate to see ANY business prohibit lawful carry so maybe you guys should email that one in Straw Plains and encourage them to take the sign down. It seemed to work for Kirk and that Mexican restaurant.

Just a quick follow up, I had e-mailed RT and didn't get a reply but life got in the way and I failed keep up with it. I was running a little early this morning so I went by and the stickers are down. Most likely the Managers idea, anyway put this one to rest. Enjoy the day.
