Backstrip in a bacon weave

That looks complicated! Sure looks good though and you can't beat cooking venison with bacon or caul fat.

Dave, I thought of you ad your home made boar bacon while I making it and was thinking that was the only thing that could make it better.  Almost sacrilegious for me to mix good deer meat with store bought commercial garbage.  Once you figure out how to weave it it's not that complicated, took me about 10 minutes from start to finish to figure it out.

Saw your wrapped backstrap and had to try it........heres my attempt. Turned out AMAZING!!!!

Alright Madkow, that did it!!!! To heck with all you "Bacon Weavers"...do it under water, and then I"ll say y'all really did something to impress me...
