1.   The same goes for most micarta and most exotic woods. You don't want to breathe that dust.
2. If it hits the fan, we'll likely need more than just TP since it'll be everywhere, and all over the ceiling too. :shake:   An option could be: water; rinse, then dry off.   Or... you could just use the three shells like a civilized person.
3.   My girlfriend keeps telling me that, but I'm kind of wary of it for some reason.     Mayo is basically oil, egg, vinegar, and spices (some + sugar). It's almost like batter, or dipping in egg for french toast.   Give it a shot.
4. Pistol frame can be made into a rifle, then back to a pistol later.   Rifle frame can only be rifle. Unless you want to get a stamp.
5. From Military Arms Channel: looks like an honest review        EDIT: I'd embed, but apparently I can't figure out how.   edit again!: got it.

So, about the ER....
7. Last two flights I went on I was randomly selected and sent through the "TSA PreCheck" line. Second of the two I had my hands swiped and tested for explosive residue, and sent happliy on to my flight. Had to remove my belt because of the giant belt buckle.   Nice and fast, no extra cost to me. Felt almost like pre 2001 flying again.
8. Dillon has instructions in this PDF.   I'm guessing this is what you were saying about driving the primer shaft down already.   I've heard of people using a dowel and a hammer, but no way I'd try that myself. Maybe a dowel and some kind of slow, constant pressure from a hydraulic setup.   There are some stuck case removal tools out there that thread into the base of the case

My new Toy!

So, here's the actual trailer. Haven't seen it, so... your guess is as good as mine.   In other news, nice rifle. Looks awesome.
10.   Find and take a Wilderness First Aid course. They're not cheap, but they are a good resource if you're going to make decisions about/provide care in the outdoors.   Here's the reference used in the class (WARNING-GIANT PDF).   And the pocket reference (STILL A PDF)   Finally, if you're going to provide any manner of care, learn to take SOAP notes.   I use this pattern, printed on write in the rain paper. I keep a few folded and tucked in my first aid kit.
11. Little long winded. I'll skip around his reviews from time to time, but generally never watch a full review.

Chief Belted

      +1 internet to you, sir.
13. Talon grips are an awesome upgrade. Looking forward to how they help keep things in the hand. I've used the abrasive grips - they're really aggressive, both for hands and t-shirts.
14.   Wrong address means you're missing the targetted advertising coupons. Yes, they're tracking. And yes, the coupons are awesome.   Also, we've had Kroger call us to notify on food recalls when they've occurred. And if your keys get lost, and the card is in there, yup. I know people who've had them returned that way.   There's a fair amount of good along with the "bad" that people don't want in the tracking of a Kroger + card.
15.   Thanks for the quick answers and the review! I really do enjoy most of my budget Kershaws. Only ones I don't are too chunky. It looked like this one, with it's beveled scales, would be comfortable. Just checking!   Also, excellent pics. Thanks for sharing them!
16.   I'm pretty sure he's got it copypasted, I expected Dolomite to show up saying it, but I didn't want to hear what I knew I needed to hear.
17. Well, I'd be game for checking the gas port diameter, but I don't have a set of pin gauges. I'll just watch for signs of it being overgassed when I finally get to the range. Hopefully it isn't, as I'd like to keep the standard FSB. Thanks for the insight!
18. 4 tire irons, huh? It's so you can change all the tires at once, right?
19. Roger. That was my main worry, if I could mess something up with too light a buffer. Hopefully my BCG gets in this week and I can hit the range over the weekend. Otherwise, it's February.
20. So, over in this thread I've posted pics of the current build I'm working on.   It's a Sabre Defense 20" upper w/ rifle length gas system, mated to a lower with an adjustable stock. The combination balances well, and allows me to get comfortable on the rifle... but should I expect the combo to function?   I've got a standard  carbine weight buffer installed right now (still waiting on BCG - a Nitrided M16 carrier from AIM), and will test it soon. Will the lower weight buffer tear things up? Should I get an H3 buffer? Or mod one of my carbine buffers and install some tungsten weights?   I've googled around, and some say it will, don't worry, others say just run an adjustable gas block, and others say run a VLTOR A5 setup. What's the verdict?
21. Ha! My nitride bcg is coming from aim as well. Got my BCM mod4 installed and waiting. If the bcg doesn't get here before next wednesday, I'll have to wait till February for a range report.
22. Did you take those pics?   How do you like the end mounted clip? One screw, looks like it could shift some. Does it?   How long have you edc'd it? How is it holding up (blade play, lockup, etc)?   Can't tell from your pics, but whats the width? Does it feel chunky in the pocket? Can we get a better shot of that lanyard hole at the end of the grip? It looks plasticy, is it?   Thanks for sharing, sorry for the barrage of questions, just curious!
23.   If the can is decent, that's not that much more expensive than Kerosene at my local Mapco. (considering the price of a can!)   We fill up at the Mapco either near my home, or down at the Kangaroo. There are a few others that have tanks, but their tanks are small... and are usually emptied quickly this time of year.
