No, there are hard credit pulls and soft credit pulls.  Background checks, credit karma, etc should be soft pulls and they don't a mess with your score.  Hard credit pulls are the ones to watch out for, and they come when you apply for a loan, etc.  I had place I wanted to rent from do a hard pull and flipped, they had no clue about hard pulls vs soft pulls.

Gmail, via myaccount.gmail.com allows you to download all of your email in a zip file. You can actually do a lot on that site, track your phone, ring your phone, wipe / lock it, etc

Are you saving it as an .rtf file instead of a .txt file?  If you save an rich text format file and then open it with wordpad it will show you the code, but try to open the same .rtf file with MS Word and it'll look normal.

I've had one for  what seems a year or so, it hasn't had a round down it yet for various reasons.  Its my first bolt gun but playing with it when I first got it, the bolt is very stiff; supposedly it'll loosen up over time.  I live up in Clinton and work rotating shift work, but if you'd like to borrow it for a range trip and pop its cherry send me a PM.

 Good luck with it!  My wife and I watched the same documentary you did a few years ago, went out and bought a juicer and everything; we couldn't do it for a myriad of reasons and it was too expensive for us at the time anyway. Not advocating anything since you know your body and your health, but to put the bug in your ear I eventually did the ketogenic diet for a while which helped me lose a lot of weight, and it was a diet I could stick to easily.
