Surefire X300 ultra is a great weapon light. Its 500 lumens and will take a pounding, also you can pick one up at Optics Planet for $209. Manning - traitor.  Snowden not a traitor; I will agree with 6.8; he's more of a Patriot.    The current goverment expansion of programs and involvement is out of control at a time when they should be shrinking. The justification that this is to prevent acts of terrorism is another form of pathetic social bondage.  These programs that we tolerate continue to allow the government to erode our rights and will ultimately destroy our country.

Darn great price actually. I was happy with 540ish when I got mine. Yea was looking at the receipt for Rusty and noticed OTD price was actually $392. Quantico Tactical is hard to beat on S&W.

S&W production must be going good, I got the call yesterday that my 9mm Shield had come in.  I just checked two weeks ago and there were 22 people in front of me, so I thought people were just not picking them up. Not the case dealer said only one person had declined.  Ended up picking it up this morning - $396 out the door and they also had a pretty decent shipment of ammo come in.

One day, hopefully I would like to be there as well. Makes me excited for Barbers this year!!

I agree, he made a quite a few changes to the original as he progressed. They are using his ATF letter though which is surprising. On a side note when he was marketing it he was shooting for less than $90.

Heck I think I got my daughters Sparc from Wareagle if I remember correctly. <br /><br />They are decent, very narrow field of view though and the controls on the side add additional obstruction. Not a lot but enough, it's a decent optic but like others have said it's not a SHTF optic. I like it over the strike though because of the size and weight. <br /><br />I would recommend investing as little as possible initially and saving for for a T1, RMR, EoTech 2-2 or whatever flavor suits you - buy once cry once.

  If not your doorstep then where?  Do you think in court after your rights have been violated?    Do not misconstrue my comments as entirely related to this situation as I'm all for helping LEOs and would allow them entry.  All LEOs however, are not the same nor are all communities and if society doesn't have the right to question and ascertain the validity of a search or any other activity on there own property then we have just truly become sheep.  Society must question and must push back to establish the acceptable social policies of the government.  If as you say we do not argue with the "popo" on our doorstep and tolerate acts or policies that violate the principals our Nation was founded upon we will continue to lose our rights to be free and secure.    I will argue with you, save that for those that have no rights and are taking the government handouts.  Until the government is entirely socialist and I'm no longer paying for my property and effects there will be questions. 

I have an SGL-21 as well, great AK. Mine hardly ever leaves the safe though.

So now that we are in the ballpark of numbers - who is the manufacture? I ask because if/when we do this I want a line on matching uppers.

  I got an in stock email from Rainier yesterday for a Noveske upper at 6:27pm added the item to the cart at 6:30 and they were already sold out.  So I feel your pain on missing out.
