  1. I have this gun and love it so much. Good luck with your search!
  2. I read this as well. The military models aren't subject to the issue due to them already having a lighter trigger. Literally lighter, not the pull. http://soldiersystems.net/2017/08/08/sig-sauer-acknowledges-p320-trigger-issues-with-30deg-drop-m17-mhs-unaffected-announces-voluntary-p320-upgrade/ "Although SIG was already working toward introducing the MHS-inspired Enhanced Trigger to the P320, this -30deg drop issue has hastened their effort. They have lightened the Trigger, Striker and Sear by about 30% overall and added a Disconnect (commercial only, not MHS). The trigger pull weight is unaffected, but rather the trigger part actually weighs less. The reason they lightened those parts is to mitigate the momentum gained by the heavier parts during a drop. Taylor laid it out, “There is a vulnerability with the P320 at the -30deg drop.” They plan to incorporate the trigger enhancements for the M17 into the P320. They’d been working on them, but implementation wasn’t imminent. Based on what they’ve found, that has been accelerated. Details on their voluntary upgrade program will follow soon."
  3. Paper Filed 7-12-16. Approved 7-5-17 and received by post 7-17-17.
  4. Paper Filed 7-12-16. Approved 7-3-17 and received by post 7-15-17. So it seems they may have avoided hitting the 1yr mark for wait times - that's very surprising to me.
  5. wow! That's some destruction. That SAW was just getting warmed up.
  6. great - now I want one of these for myself!
  7. that new DI in blue is calling me.
  8. Now that I have a stamp, I'm looking for someone to engrave my Scorpion EVO. Anyone recommend someone in Memphis to do this work? I also am hunting for a stock. I've almost convinced myself to go with the factory stock from CZ. Does anyone have input on alternate models they have experience with? Feedback also welcome on the stock CZ model. I've found the 922R kit for sale at 199. Seems like a great deal.
  9. I e-filed the on the last day, July 11th 2016, and got one of three back last week. So yes, it appears they are nearing the end of 41F rush quiet literally.
  10. This was an e-file so I was alerted to the status change of my application by email. Thanks!
  11. Filed 7-11-16 approved 6-22-17 !!!!! This was a weird one too because I got a notice yesterday saying that my application was being "Returned without action". I called this morning, left a voice mail with the person they put me in touch with. Several hours later, I get another email saying application status changed to "Approved".
  12. don't know but I could ask. I decided to pass on it myself.
  13. I've got cucumbers, squash and gords, along with strawberries, tomatoes and peppers. I usually get basically no strawberries from the plants before the varmints get them.
  14. why are they welding them? I have an older model hopefully - will be checking.
  15. whomever you've got doing your stipling is doing an excellent job!
  16. so just running across this thread and I have a question. Whiskey I see that you're dipping outer layer and underlayer of clothing? So skin contact is ok as long as it's dry? I'll be ordering my materials to make up a batch of this stuff this week. Thanks
  17. the flow seems to have come to a complete stop huh!
  18. neat collection you have there!
  19. I've been mostly a "buyer" not a "seller" on the classifieds, so I can only speak to it from that perspective. My mode of operation was to follow both Gear and Firearms sell sections. Email notifications alerted me to new items listed, as we as associated changes. With the notification's not working for me, I've been able to save money by not being tempted to buy - by not knowing things were for sell. Yes, I could be trained to manually look at what's listed, but so far that training isn't habit and my wallet is heavier as a result. Being in the development business, I do think the developer will eventually figure out the issue - unless we're the only ones using his code - he's bound to be getting pressure from others to address similar if not the same issue.
  20. any update on this?
  21. nice review. The stock on that gun is impressive!
  22. I've been thinking about how glad I am you saw that gun before I did in the shop!
  23. wow!
  24. you may check out the CVB site. They keep up with events and attractions pretty well. http://www.memphistravel.com
  25. curious about this myself. I don't recall ever having seen wands, but I have had to go back to the car when one of the gate security folks saw a pocket knife clip to my pocket.
