  1. I'm thinking I need to buy a cheap poly lower and another lower kit just so I can have some practice before I let myself loose on my fancy TGO lower.
  2. You're about to hear a whole lot more about it :)
  3. Bunch of 100 boxes of yellow jacket at the Dickson Walmart.
  4.   He doesn't really give much of a hoot when blacks are attacked by white thugs either. He's an opportunist and just looking out for his own self-interests. The race card has all-but played out so now he needs to adapt to survive.
  5. Call me when they start paying you for using it.   Ad-aware isn't really an antivirus FWIW (or didn't used to be). I use AVG currently but it's starting to succumb to the usual commercial monetizing bloat.
  6.     I definitely PMed right at the beginning. No PM received.
  7. The interesting thing if the undetectable gun law expires might not be so much what comes from 3D printers as what commercial gun makers might come up with.
  8.   I was just thinking that. This will surely be written widely enough to take in all home-manufactured firearms.
  9.     I liked the "Glockout game" comment.
  10. The "thousand trails" pitch is a pretty good deal. 2 nights at their grounds and the pitch itself is fairly short. Don't bite though, people are selling their packages online for a fraction of the "have you in the sales office" price. I did feel kind-of bad for the lady who showed us around/tried to sell but not too much.   Haven't tried any of the Pigeon Forge timeshare pitches. That sounds way too long. We stayed at a hotel there where people were doing the timeshare thing in the dining room. They looked pretty miserable.
  11.       Someone needs to come up with something that prints up looking something like a $20 but actually reads "Do you think I was born yesterday?" or somesuch.
  12. That's not a lie. You were willing to buy the vehicle as represented. It's the duty of the seller to represent anything which may negatively affect the price (morally if not legally).
  13.   He needs to **** off. It's people like him I hoped to leave behind when I moved here.
  14. Masterful move to make the NRA effectively a wing of the government. Then they can have control and eventually it can be merged in as a sub-department of the ATF.   Is this guy supposed to be on our side?
  15. CZ is holding some I bought from him. I happened across 5 as part of a deal from elsewhere so I'd be willing to let go of the ones he's holding for me for $50 if he agrees. I also take Bitcoin.
  16. Not as such but grab a Nashville Scene and you can pick up some bands here and there.
  17. Tennessee's sign law used to be very specific. Then they slipped in an amendment that allowed the "international" prohibition sign as an alternative so all bets are off.
  18. Surely you just make a list and person in row x sends to person at row x+1?   If you mean automating the PMs, ignore what I said.
  19. I agree. 4x3 was better for computers but 3x4 might actually have been better.   Though for gaming, I'm not so sure.
  20.     When that happens, I expect a fair amount of the expensive cables will turn out not to be up to the job either.
  21. I think people may be underestimating how vulnerable they are in the event of a surprise attack both in terms of the ability to execute the attack and the effect it will/can have.   In a city, particularly a busy one, it's hard not to have people in your personal space and in your blind spot. Also, when an attack occurs, your reflexes will not be primed to help absorb/roll with the blow.   With that being said, maintain as much awareness as possible, be suspicious of anything out of the ordinary, and like Bersaguy says, eye contact and don't look like a victim.
  22.   Good point, both of you.
  23. Actually in Cool Springs on Moore's lane (the main store). Worth a visit. Seem like OK people. Seen better prices on the ammo but considering what they started in the midst of, they don't appear to be gouging.
  24. Our tax dollars at work :)
  25. Table tennis paddle handles.
