IDK, I've been using a standard military cleaning kit for some time. I have a gamut of solvents and lubes, don't really have a favorite, they all seem to work ok, but I'm not in extreme weather/environments anymore. I do have a couple bore snakes, which work good for an expedient bore cleaning, but that is only when I don't want/need the cleaning rod. Now for my pellet rifle, I did get a one piece rod, the military one wouldn't fit the .177 bore.

Actually, they do benefit the air rifle as some are quite noisy without it. I have a .177 air rifle that is almost as loud as a .22 firearm, I am definitely interested in getting a rifle with built in silencer to be able to dispatch pesky squirrels without letting the rest know.

You know, I'm ok with TN sales taxes. TN does not have a State Income Tax, so they have to get their revenue somehow. I wish the Feds would go that route as well, and I also wish the surrounding States would do so as well, much of our sales tax revenue crosses into the border states that are lower, if even just a little bit. Not me, I take everything into account, taxes and shipping included. Hell, I'll cross the street for 1¢ a gallon cheaper gas. I used to use Amazon quite a bit because of their free shipping, even if I had to spend the $25, then $35, to get it. Now, they roll that into the price, so I shop elsewhere unless they're competitive in price.

I have both the wire hangers listed above, the single under the shelf and the one that holds one above and one below. I prefer the single as it seems heavier and leaves the shelf space for the extra mags and stuff.
