The secret is prunes....in everything...lol I call the look practical. And with an AK or 12ga to back it up, no one would say otherwise. So when you are you guys serving hot dogs? You must get might hungry sewing your 3 piece suits and blocking hats.

Looks great. I can barter you a bunch of food I grow with the farm implements. Be just like civilized society. I am thinking my trading clothes would look more like this: or Can never be too careful of those dogs.

Like I said 1-3 was my amateur opinion. No warranty given. LOL #4 Yes, but my Dad has a Volunteer Arms Thompson clone, so I got lucky. -
The bank still owns my stuff for more years than I like to think about.

.45 ACP Mosin Nagant conversion
Ronald_55 replied to Quavodus's topic in Curio, Relics and Black Powder
Your organization system sounds a lot like mine. I see a local guys selling a sporterized 7mm Spanish Mauser for $175. I see on the kit site that the Spanish ones require bolt modification, so it might be a one way conversion. i would prefer to be able to convert it back to the 7mm in the future is I wanted. @Dolomite_Supafly Have you ever done one of these? -

.45 ACP Mosin Nagant conversion

Well I don't read titles.... Actually I just read the body of the post and skimmed the title I guess. Trying to do too much at once and still keep up with TGO. lol I have heard all manner of mixes of this from "lay people", but none from anyone who actually deals with these guns much. -
.45 ACP Mosin Nagant conversion

Rarely does the phrase "Lets take a gun the Russians made at wartime and make it better" cross anyone's lips. Or at least I think that way. From a totally amateur point of view: 1.The .45 APC bullet diameter is 0.451 in v. the 7.62x54R bullet diameter is 0.312 in. So you would have to bore out or replace the barrel. Replacing it would probably mean having a custom barrel made. 2. The .45 APC case length is 1.275 in v. the 7.62x54R whose case length is 3.038 in. So you would have to re-work the entire internal magazine somehow. 3. The .45 APC is a "rimless" straight case v. the 7.62x54R whose case is a "rimmed" bottlenecked. You would have to account for this in the new feeding and bolt catch/extraction mechanics. So basically after all this, you are only left with a base receiver and (probably modified) stock. Better to just get a repro Thompson and be done with it. And MP5_Rizzo, from my experience using just Mosin refers to the rifle. That is one crazy conversion you linked to. -
Great to hear. So could I borrow a few bucks?

When transporting a gas grill in your SUV, make sure the gas is off.

Look into one of the adaptors you can use to fill the 2lb bottles from larger bottle. Might be handy. Gotta be cheaper to fill them from tgd big bottle than buy them. -

Kinda like Novas not selling in Mexico. "No Va" in Spanish is "not going". Gives a bad impression. That had never jumped out at me about KIA though. Maybe they are based in South Korea, but really run by North Korea and they set that up as a joke a long time ago. Or this gas grill story is just a cover up for the fact that North Korea has implanted bombs in all KIA vehicles to be used as a first attack on the US. Grab your tin foil hats boys. Maybe I should cut back on my caffeine today. LOL -
Does anyone ever use Gold and Guns out of Weber City? I know I have used Indian Springs Armory for transfers the last while. They just went up again though. It is $20 for the first and now $10 for each additional at the same time (was $5, still says it on the website). I think that they might still be the cheapest close to my work. Nice guys, but I have really not compared their gun pricing. I normally am trying not to buy any more than I am already picking up. lol

I see this as a "Why you should quit smoking" ad. -
I see this "filler" left around on tons of sites people build themselves through Wix or such. Drives me crazy. Review your work people. It is not that hard to look at each page. Or better yet, let me help in exchange for guns.

Little sister's older brothers...... Does the guy sitting on top with English riding boots have on a bullet proof vest?
