  1. I wonder what he did with the AR? Maybe someone could buy both as a package deal. lol
  2. Someone less nice than me might be tempted to set up an Armslist ad for him......
  3. Wow he looks like an a$$wipe. And no way 80% of any evenly diverse group is really for something...How about you ask in some other parts of the state. Can I come buy it, then promptly resell it without a back ground check. Lol On another note....I have that same lemonade pitcher.
  4. But everyone can pull head shots on walkers with no sights....
  5. I like how Negan is flipping us off as he frowns and somehow aims without looking in the scope. No wonder no one on this show ever has a decent hit average on humans.
  6. If the lock has a number or letter/number combo on the face, you can probably have one made. Lots of locksmiths can cut from the number. It is possible that an online place like easykeys.com might be able to also. They do mostly office cabinets and such though.
  7. JoeCorrado - Ok I figured you had to have seen it before. No wonder companies want their products in hit shows. Some people will buy anything just to look like the people on the show. MP5_Rizzo - Yeah I had looked at imfbd already for the info. No idea how often they update either. I had seen the one from earlier seasons. I think there was way too much build up for this to end it in one episode. And what are the chances that both the Kingdom and Hilltop arrive within a minute of each other??? I really think they are riding the show's success too much and skimping on the details. That is usually the death of a popular long running show.
  8. Would be a nice setup, but space prevents me from doing that. At least for now. A guy I work with told me he uses a rolling tool chest, but that falls into the same issue. Bottom line is that I just need more garage space.....That is not happening any time soon. Sucks, but it is the way it is.
  9. So did you just recognize it, or was it posted somewhere? I have looked at Seekins before at a shop, but it was just a run of the mill setup. I just had not seen one with that type of hand guard. Or maybe I just did not look close enough. I know I am not a fan of the camo, but the rest looked good.
  10. Yeah, I like how Carl took charge, but then where was he while the leader girl was holding a gun on Rick with her back to him??? Easy shot to save ole dad. Anybody recognize the camo AR Daryl was using? Looked cool.
  11. As nice as she looks there....man that nerd glasses look.....
  12. I saw an interesting way to add protein the the birds' diet from a guy on YouTube. He takes a bucket and punches some small holes in the bottom. Then he suspends it with a makeshift tripod. He puts in a layer of straw/hay. Then he puts in left over meat scraps (such as from the bird he just ate or butchered), then more straw. He keeps that up as meat scraps are available. He even said he picks up roadkill to add to it. Then as nature does its work, the flies leave eggs. When they hatch the maggots crawl out the bottom holes to be chick food. He says the straw keeps the smell contained and when the bucket is full he just dumps the clean bones and such out somewhere. He said his chickens love it and since the maggots are clean it does not have any type of potential health issues. This might be good to use in you contained run. I might suggest cracking open any bones if you can to get maximum benefit by letting the marrow be eaten out. You might also need several buckets set up at butchering time so that you do not waste the butchering scraps. Obviously this would not be a primary food, but would be a free way to augment it naturally. It also takes care of food waste that you can not add to the compose bin. If you got really ambitious, you might be able to hook up with a local butcher and keep a lot of buckets running. If you hunt things like the deer head that you are not going to use could be added too. I have wanted to try this, but my place and life does not lend itself to fowl. Another note: With Easter coming up, you might watch for people giving away fowl after the cute chick/duck phase wears off. Lots of people still give the dyed chicks and ducks to kids as Easter gifts. You might not have a choice of sex or breed, but it might help to add to your flock.
  13. I am hoping to see another shot at a $299 AR. Right now you can get ATI and Del-Ton ARs for $399 or so at grabagun all day long. I see all the local guys that were building and flipping ARs scrambling to sell their "cheapest parts I could find" ARs for $500. Some of those guys are gonna get burned for gouging people.
  14. My Papaw was a bee keeper. He usually had 5-10 hives. I remember walking through clouds of bees and I think I only ever got stung twice. Both were really my own fault. I don't mind honey bees at all, but yellow-jackets are my bane. I actually did a project in school with a 1 rack view hive. One of my Papaw's woodworking bee keeper buddies built it. It was all cedar and beautiful. I think my sister has it now. She cleaned it up and used it to display my Papaw's army uniform. This is what it was like, but only one rack high. If I remember correct he kept his hives on a piece of tin larger than the hive bottom by a few inches each way to limit ants crawling in. Ants and other bugs will wear down a hive if they keep at it. So what kind of trees and flowers do you have around for them?
  15. My dad has one of these. He bought it right at the factory shop in Knoxville. See if this looks right. http://www.keepshooting.com/m3-grease-gun-magazine.html
  16. You were not much behind me then. Things at my school really started to change the year after I graduated. My girlfriend was still a senior and I would go pick her up. They put up all kinds of new fences with barbed wire tops and started to get majorly an@l about stuff.
  17. We had Hunter Education in my middle school. Everyone was required to shoot a shotgun. I bet they don't do that now. I wish they did. kids would be safer about guns. I heard that the shop class guys did gun work when no one was looking too.
  18. Might be cheaper somewhere else, or need a different size based on what case you ordered. Or if you know someone with that foam that you spray in a bag and it hardens up around the item while in the box. Charcoal Pick & Pluck Foam - 2" x 10.5" x 14.5" $7.30 Density:0.9 lbs Per Cubic Foot Usage:This sheet of foam is pre-scored into tiny 0.5" x 0.5" cubes that can be plucked out to form the perfect shape for your packaging needs. https://www.onlinefabricstore.net/charcoal-pick-and-pluck-foam-2-inch-x-10-5-inch-x-14-5-inch-.htm?gclid=Cj0KEQjw2fLGBRDopP-vg7PLgvsBEiQAUOnIXPTEiRtwmwM3Fqg3zlTTEx4rSEUxY9oRdqWTjXygNkkaAi2l8P8HAQ
  19. I like the idea...already been done though..dang it. lol I would have though they would have gone with the one that has doors you open on a carousel so that there was no falling ammo. http://concealednation.org/2015/03/gun-range-has-ammo-vending-machine-installed-some-people-cry-about-it/
  20. I saw an old Pepsi machine converted that way for sale a few years ago. I always wanted to do that with a 50's era fridge my Dad had.
  21. Thanks for the input so far guys. I was using some of the smaller plastic ammo cans, but got tired of having so many. I did pick up one of these MTM ACR7-18 Ammo Crates. Their exterior dimensions are 17.2" x 10.7" x 9.2"(H). Packed full it can be kinda heavy, but easier to stack up. I keep expanding the calibers I have and I like to keep a decent amount for each. I wish I had room and money for something like this. It is a Liberty Ammo Can Safe. Runs $420 at Cabelas. 59-1/2"H x 24-1/4"W x 22"D
  22. So I know all you guys could fit the ammo you have in your house in a sandwich bag....lol So just curious how you would store your ammo if you had a decent amount. I am not real happy with my solution at the moment. I would like for it to be secure, but buying a safe just for ammo is probably not going to happen. Then there is protection from moisture. Not that I want to store it in an aquarium, but just to make sure my steel case does not rust. Also, having 25 ammo cans stacked up is not real handy if I need the bottom can. Plus space in my "armory" a.k.a. the garage is limited. So what do you guys use? Thanks in advance.
  23. Who was asleep while he broke into the case and limped out? I always love the quality of these pics. This guy could be 1/2 the guys I see every day.
  24. Wow, Any chance this is still hiding in your attic? I love the name...no way would it fly today. Lmap
  25. Thanks. As always you are a wealth of knowledge. I would have never known that.
