  1. I built a 300blk using their 10.5". I've been very pleased. So far I've taken 2 deer with it. Brand new I was getting just over 1" groups at 100 yards with a 6X optic.
  2. Uzi was my first. Fun to shoot and surprisingly accurate.
  3. Get on PSA website or other similar budget brand and he can pick out components. He can build it exactly the way he wants It.
  4. Thanks for the replies thus far.  I was thinking single stage may be better for the most consistent loads.
  5. I'm looking to get into reloading.  I'm wanting a good complete kit to hand load rifle ammunition to get the most accuracy possible from my rifles.  Mainly .223, .308 and .300blk.  I'm not really interested in high volume. If there's a great kit out there that can accomplish both high volume and consistent high quality then I'm of course interested.  I have lots of experience reloading shotgun shells but none at all for rifle or pistol.  Price is not a major deciding factor.  Suggestions????
  6. Efile 2 form 1s May 28.  Received email September 23.
  7. Just great Mike.  Bigger selection of competitively priced suppressors.   Guess I should start saving (hiding from wife) money now.  I just hope with our high sales tax that it still works out well for everyone.
  8. There was for a while here in Chattanooga several break ins where the criminals seemed to be targeting guns.  Ray Zs point is spot on.   http://www.chattanoogan.com/2015/3/10/295693/Cleveland-Police-Department.aspx
  9. Just Monday I pulled the trigger and ordered the Saker 7.62 from Silencershop.  (Hopefully inbound to LES soon!! Thanks Mike!)  I've been looking and researching for a while and seemed like one of the better performers for both 7.62 and 5.56.  Especially with the 5.56 end cap.  It is considerably more money though.  Good luck on whatever you decide.   I used John Wells also.  Very good experience but I could curse him now.  He has made it way too easy for me to spend lots of money. LOL
  10. Exactly what I was thinking!!
  11. Hot tubs that go without enough sanitizer can cause it too.
  12. Call William Sumtoy 912-237-4360  Sumtoy Custom Chokes.  Let him know what gun you have, what shells you plan on shooting, and what kind of pattern you're looking for.
  13. John Wells.  He has been very helpful and prompt returning calls and emails.
  14. Comp-tac Mtac has been perfect for my CBOB.
  15. Having to use a FFL for every sale would be the equivalent to registration in my book.
  16. I have 3 Comp Tac mtacs for glock 22, kahr pm9, and 1911.  All of them are very comfortable and adjustable for cant and retention.  I'm 5'10" 225lbs and carry almost everywhere.  Motorcycle, boat, work(dress pants with shirt tucked), mountain biking holster has always meet my expectations.  No matter what brand you choose a quality belt is a must.
  17. Triple S quail farm in Ringgold, GA. No frills but an inexpensive reserve hunt. Hunt over their dogs (not great dogs) or bring your own. I think they supply several other outfitters in the area with birds. I've done a pheasant tower shoot with them and was surprised at how fun it was. Seemed like shooting fish in a barrel but was actually quite challenging. http://www.triplesquailfarm.com
  18. Not sure what kind of knife your wanting info for but I have a Browning FDT 2 blade that I never go into the woods without. I harvest on average about 6 deer a year and this has dressed everyone of them plus several of my friends deer and the usual various chores. I'm guessing at least 50 deer, an elk, a bear, several boars, and antelope. I absolutly love mine. I sharpen it at the begining of the year and thats about it. I really like the saw blade on it makes easy work of pelvic bones and limbs. The black finish on the blades comes off easily but I don't really care how it looks. The complaint I see on other forums and reviews on cabelas, bass pro, etc. is that the steel is soft and will not hold an edge. But that has not been my experience at all. Well built and sturdy. Hope this helps.
  19. 5320.20 and the last couple I submitted I just faxed them.

  21. Box received. Will go through this weekend and add some stuff. Will repost on Mon. or Tues.
  22. Picked up a Diamondback from Hero Gear a couple of weeks ago. Only 75 rounds so far with 2 light primer strikes. No FTF or FTE. I have been carrying it some but need to get more range time with it. Light primer strikes were with some old ammo I had laying around don't know the make. Primers did not seem to be seated too deep. It did eat 3 different HP brands (12 each) with no problems. Sights seemed dead on at 7 yds.
  23. Google: Carhartt leather and nylon belt. I have two of these I got at Hammers in South Pittsburg, TN for around $10. It's a two layer belt, leather on the inside nylon web on the outside. It's thick and fairly stiff. Here:carhartt leather and nylon belt - Google Product Search The belts in the pictures are all curled up but trust me these belts are stout.
