  1. Or........just stay here and not worry about it. I lost all urge to travel outside the immediate area years ago. To many people out there.
  2. Upgraded the wifes EDC to a Bersa Thunder 380 Plus (the double stack mag version) and it runs as well as the older standard Thunder. Another plus 1 for the Bersa's
  3. I can't give a comparison as I only have the Venom on a AR pistol, but it zeroed easily and has held that zero in the year I've had it on the pistol. The only gripe I have had is the intensity buttons which are also the power buttons are small, as they need to be on such a small sight, so it's difficult to get it to turn off on occasion. If you have ham hands and your cold, you tend to hit the wrong or both buttons. Other than that small issue, I always recommend Vortex equipment. Ain't had a bad one yet and that's scopes and the sights.
  4. Thanks Randall, I'll grab some pictures when they get ready to go on and see if they represent how good they actually taste
  5. Grilling some in about 2 hours. They spent all this morning and afternoon in a beer bath (Yuengling). Now in a marinade of garlic sauce and Worcestershire with a few dabs of off the shelve BBQ sauce. Will cut them thinner and brush on while on the grill. Baked taters to compliment
  6. I built two AR pistols last year. Both now wear the UTG slimline handguards. Tight, much smaller radius, no need for protective covers. Agree, they got some crap in their gear, but some gems in others.
  7. Just don't install "HOPE". Change is enough for anyone
  8. Not gonna find out if it explodes. Going deer hunting Fri till I get told to get my butt back home or the truck bed is full. Just want to know if there is a market on this stuff.
  9. Its all straight from Video Jet. I also found 6 bottles of videojet cleaning fluid in the back of the cabinet. If they are interested in any of it, I'll make it worth the time. Updating quantities above.
  10. I'm assuming printing something. Don't know. The warehouse was not used for printing or storage of printing. In fact it held nothing but boxes and caps to put laundry and dishwashing soap in. Dunno
  11. I had to clear out a warehouse and ended up with a fire locker with two sets of cartridges and bottles of ink and make up fluid. Want to get rid of it so I can possibly use or sell the fire locker. Case of ink 16-8200Q 9 in case, 2 loose quart bottles lots of make up fluid 16-8205Q 28 1 quart bottles cleaning fluid V 901-Q 6 quart bottles V410-D carts exp in Feb 17 12 carts V705-D carts exp in July 17 4 carts Info please on who uses this stuff. Is there a market? Restrictions on shipping? (It came in a fire safe....) Let me know what this stuff is.
  12. I think it pushes them all a little more. I've seen no sign of rut the past two weekends. Heck, saw a 6 point rubbing noses with a 4 point. Minutes later 6 does come from the direction they just went and they were no where to be seen. I'm ready for the cold!
  13. I would definitely be on a list ASAP if they moved to the north Sumner area!!! Hershmeister, keep me in mind!
  14. We used to have an old saying that needs to get back into use. Of course we will have to explain it to half the population. If you don't know you're welcome, you're not!
  15. I'd do this on my property but the last photos off my trail cam were three guys on horses who I guess think it's a wilderness area. I'm sure I would be sued or our hunting cabin vandalized if I did anything like this but I'm still thinking. I just hope I don't see a road kill skunk anytime soon or he might be positioned to fall out of a tree or something....I mean skunks fall out of trees all the time right?
  16. Welcome back. Who were you in your past TGO life?
  17. Some of you will chew this up with all the things wrong with it. But as a property owner, whose had property stolen and damaged on a farm site that was until this year never bothered, I like this person's idea. If you look close, it appears there is a posted sign at ground level that the person passes then......
  18. Just remember to buy from your LGS occasionally or you won't have anywhere to transfer it in.
  19. P T Barnum.....today's sucker was at an auction
  20. Not as of last week. It's in the safe and the compact one of our TGO family sold me has been riding with me. That 5 inch barrel was getting to be a pain for EDC.
  21. I saw one of the video's for the new line the other day. Some chick with more muscles than I've ever had and tats. Don't get me wrong, I love XD's, it's my EDC. They are marketing to a much younger group than me with the Saint line so far. https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=springfield+armory+saint+ad&view=detailv2&&id=37604C2392EB383C668DEAB31E1138934FDEDD78&selectedIndex=0&ccid=m%2bbKaD4u&simid=607989185018005378&thid=OIP.M9be6ca683e2e59019cded9371f81c933o0
  22. Don't listen to Mike, he hunts wabbit with a Socom so there is no cleaning to do.
  23. Still got a bucket O bullets that I got in a gun trade back during the initial panic. I say buy anything you can afford to buy and have it when the next one hits.
  24. I gotta go to bed. I read the topic and got really confused wondering why the good people of Lebanon would use .22 rimfires from Ruger for a Turkey shoot. Goodnight!
