  1. Let me know if they dont. Last I checked, the Bartlett store had a few. I could probably even help you get it if you needed me to.
  2. No. And thats why I said that we didn't do everything the way I would have liked. Things should have been handled differently but they werent.
  3. Why not grab the small version of what PackinMama just bought? http://www.lowes.com/pd_292952-10283-CE12-BK_0_?productId=1242371&Ntt=safe&Ntk=i_products&pl=1&currentURL=/pl__0__s?newSearch=true$Ntt=safe$y=0$x=0

    Gimmick Gun?

Bass pro carries ammo for it and here in Memphis it is just about always in stock (that I have seen). I think its a great gun. I would probably own one if it didn't cost more than my 1911. Plus, local indoor ranges won't let you shoot it.
  5. Springer!
  6. This movie is sparking some great political debate! But to address the quote above. I have always believed that taking Sadaam out of power was a good thing. Regardless of the reasons why we went, overthrowing Sadaam was good. There are lines such as this all throughout the Declaration of Independence. People who are able always have a responsibility to help others when their "unalienable rights" are being challenged. As citizens of Earth, we should help each other. That being said, we did alot of things wrong and I would like to see us help more people but I hope that you see and understand my point.
  7. Updated picture of mine. slightly new configuration.
  8. Right. Those were kill shots he was talking about. sorry. I should have phrased it that way. The thread about it is somewhere in the magpul forum on arfcom.
  9. So I want to replace the standard A2 post that I have now with something a little less intrusive. I wanted to hear some opinions about integrated gas block flip up sights like these. Midwest Industries: Folding Front Sight Tower A.R.M.S., Inc.[hsh]41-B-L Or should I just get a railed gas block and a folding sight? All opinions are welcome.
  10. Travis Haley claims confirmed shots with 5.56 at up to 700 meters. The guy is pretty good and seems to know his stuff. However, I wouldnt trust it out that far. I'm just not that good.
  11. My sentiments exactly. I was very displeased with the film. I was expecting a Bourne type action thriller but I got a story that I really didn't care for.
  12. I hate it. Most of that comes from the fact that the UserCP is gone but still there just called Settings and things like that. Leave stuff that people are familiar with. I don't care for it but as an end user, I have to make the change or leave my favorite sites.
  13. Actually, I disagree. But I feel very strongly about both drinking and shooting (carrying) and drinking and driving. It wouldnt bother me if both were made felonies.
  14. I would imagine that it will shoot 55 grain just fine but with the 1 in 8, it will probably like a slightly heavier bullet. Its probably not going to be great with the 77 grain jobs but some middle ground like a 60 or 69 grain. Of course, I am just guessing but trial and error has always worked best for me.

    RUGER SR-22

Blasphemy! They used a Nordic Components stock. If you want something like the SR22 but don't want to spend the money all at once or already have a 10/22, you can build your own by purchasing the Nordic stock kit. I like the SR22 but would rather build my own personally.
  16. I've been wondering the same thing. But...if you aren't using it as a rifle, and are holding it like a pistol, I don't think the AFG would make much difference. When I hold my air AR pistol with those angles, it doesn't feel natural.
  17. That's sweet. I want a custom fit case but I doubt that I could ever cut mine as well as you have done yours.
  18. Maybe the kid and this guy can have an epic battle when he gets older. Man Who Legally Changed Name to Optimus Prime Loves Gizmodo (Video) - Clips - Gizmodo
  19. Hit me up if you need any help. I set up all of my company's iphones.
  20. This brings up a pet peeve of mine. I have been known to work on cars now and then and I get a lot of phone calls from friends asking for help or opinions. I always have to explain this constantly. Turning over - motor is spinning but will not start and run I am sure that at some point this was a mechanics term and it slipped out into the general public. They just took it to mean that the car wouldnt start. It drives me nuts. Kinda like when someone says "could care less" but what they really mean is that they "couldn't care less."
  21. I'm half your age and my eyes are probably worse than most people two times my age. Just part of being in my family I suppose. But I grew up shooting with irons and will stick with them as long as I can.
  22. We stuck a half inch dot on a target one day and sent it out to 25 yards. I dont know about yalls eyes but I can barely see a half inch dot at 25 yards. I lined up my stock 10/22 carbine's iron sights and sent a round down range. Perfect hit! Thats accurate enough for me.
  23. He didn't by any chance live in Yazoo MS did he? That story sounds EXTREMELY familiar. OP: Those HDR shots are amazing! Post more!
