  1. I'm in the same boat. I was driving up 27 going to Dayton last fall and a hickory nut fell on my windshield and caused a small crack in the corner. A few days later on a cold morning when I turned on the defrost it cracked all the way across.
  2. Andrew Lincoln said he barely slept the night before filming the scene after he read the script. The article mentions a hard left turn in the story arc.... I'm thinking it will be Carl.Glenn is too obvious a choice.
  3. And in a gun related theme Dwight had his index finger on the trigger when his group captured Glenn and did you see the barbed wire bat carved into the grip of the Springfield TRP that Carl picked up ?

  8. 1984.Fort Sill,Ok.Basic Training was the first time I ever saw night sights. They had some M16s set up with tritium front sight posts. With good moonlight you could make consistant hits.

  10. Colt all the way
  11. I feel the same way when I see a 1911 with rubber finger groove grips.
  12. Goodbye Cruel World and Domino were pretty bad but Bloodrayne gets my vote.
  13. Although the OP didn't mention it for the same $800 neighborhood the Sig XO looks like a nice option too.
  14. Everybody talking about Richonne and I'm thinking " hey Daryl picked up a Speed Six somewhere, nice score"
  15. it ain't that it's the budget, all that makeup and special effects cost money.Instead of having a little action and zombies each episode they save it up for 5 or so and let the rest drag out
  16. yep
  17. Great movie, will have to add it to my collection when it comes out on dvd
  18. The Norinco is a true copy of a 1911A1.Stars were similar in design but were far less reliable .While hard to wrap your brain around a commie 1911 remember Norinco also made a M14/ M1A copy
  19. I have one ,really good guns. All forged steel . At one time the only 1911s Wilson and Clark would work on were Colt ,Springfield and Norinco.Clark still lists only those on their website as a customer supplied base gun for
  20. Picked up a LEO trade in Glock 17 that will be my new truck/ front pocket gun, gonna put a Kimber 1911 in the layaway tomorrow.
  21. Had the same thing happen 23 yrs ago.I was told the charge would be dropped after 6 months , 9 months later went to buy a gun and was denied.I had to make several trips to the court clerks office who sent the request for expungement to the judge .Finally got it cleared up.Damned thing about that was what I was charged with(loaded gun in truck) is legal now.
