They originally planned to build a range in North Hamilton Co. but a bunch of Gen Xers that had “moved to the country” raised enough fuss that the county commission denied their permit so they found land further north. They are going all out in offering shooting sports. USPSA,Steel Challenge, IDPA,3Gun and all the various shotgun games. What I would like to see from Glock is a 10+1 single stack 45 ACP with the slimmer slide like the 30s/36/41 but I will be the lone dissenter and say I like this model.Full size grip frame, shorter slide means less weight and a faster draw stroke. I hate a thief. I had a Norlund hatchet, a Camillius Becker BK9 and an old Crossman 1911 Air Gun disappeared after we had a new heat and air unit installed. They were in the out building and the guys hooked their power cords up in there. It was about 4 weeks before I discovered them missing. He was from Kentucky, it was at a gun show. The dealer had to take it back to Kentucky and ship it to a dealer here. The FFL dealer here was at the show and was doing all the transfers for out of state dealers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That was the law that passed in 86, you could buy a long gun from a dealer in a neighboring state. Attached to that law was the ban on sales of full auto weapons made after 86. The NRA comprised allowing that in exchange for the bill passing. Later the law was expanded to include any state provided the long gun was legal to own in the buyer's state. Traffic coming into Chattanooga from the west has gotten so bad that now I come back from Murfreesboro through McMinnville and Dunlap. I noticed on Hwy 8/ Harrison Ferry RD after you leave McMinnville is a place called Mountain Top Range. They have a webpage but it's a little vague.
