Funny you mention that,in a 4 month span there were 3 ADs by the same shooter at Chattanooga Rifle Club's Practical Pistol matchs several years ago.The shooter was a Professor at Southern Adventist University.The Match director let the guy keep coming back because he was a nice guy and sprayed the kudzu around the range with Roundup.......

  3. The Bul/Kimber (Kimber imported them for awhile before comig out with the Ten) was a pretty durable gun.Several USPSA shooters used them for a while.Thy started getting a little loose around 50K rds.Most people won't shoot that many rds in their lives.

  6. few years back I bought some HS (Hunting Shack) ammo from Sportsmans Warehouse (Cabela's sells it too) it had low recoil and somebody at the Tn IDPA State match told me it didn't meet the PF.

Former bricklayer (between the wetbacks and the economy that job is about gone), whatever it takes,right now I'm drunk and when I sober up Monday night I'll go to Amazon and put the **** in the bins ya'll buy until they run my ass off,I made it through peak season though (120% personal rate) so they may keep me for a while in the mean time if something better comes along I'll run like a scalded dog

    Don't have the pics to post but the prototype Hi-Power he was working on when he died looks nothing like what FN eventually manufactured.
  13. to the OP Ihave noticed that the prices are down somewhat on the older knives on ebay.Just the other day a Case Tested XX Folding Hunter with Rough Cut scales in pretty good cond. only went for around $75.Thats a knife that in mint cond. is worth $4-$500.
  14. And make sure you do the speed limit when driving through Benton it's the most notorious speed trap in Tn.

    Sounds like the P85,a few trickled out 1 local dealer (Denny Brown) sold his another Carl Poston/Sportsman's) put his in a display case for 2 years for everybody to gawk at
  16. Great job.I dipped and chewed for 27 years,finally quit 6 and a half years ago.Today the smell of that stuff makes me sick.
