What are you listening to now?

Temple of the Dog. Good stuff. Hard to believe this is over 20 years old. Makes me feel old.

The era of Temple and Pearl Jam came up with some of the best rock 'n roll in a long time. It's too bad Vedder had to start spewing his liberal ideology on stage, completely turned me off and I can't stand to listen to their stuff anymore.

Agree somewhat. I don't really agree with their political views, but I would listen to country (and not even some of that) almost exclusively if I limited my musical selection to those bands that only lean towards my end of the political spectrum. C'est la vie...

And, to go to the other end of the spectrum

And then this. Unfortunately, I find myself living in the 90's musical landscape most days... can't help it. That's where I grew up :)

I'm a huge fan of AIC. While it was sad to get an up close look at the deterioration of Layne Staley at the hands of his heroin abuse, the stripped down accoustic MTV Unplugged concert is my favorite.

I can't seem to help it, they should STFU and play their music and act, I really don't care nothing about their personal views or political leanings.

Don't know why but my son has been shopping for cars and spotted a slick Volvo on CL, looked great to me until I saw the obama bumper sticker. Completely turned me off, I use to like Volvos up to that point too.

It's gotten worst since 2008 I'm sure of it.

I have been in a Sinatra mood for the past week.  Can't ever go wrong with the Chairman of the Board.  :)

For you CCR fans, John Fogerty released a new collaboration album a while back. Here are a few tracks that I like.

John Fogerty and Kid Rock - Born on the Bayou -

CONTINUE

John Fogerty and Bob Seger - Who'll Stop the Rain -

John Fogerty and Dawes - Someday Never Comes -

There's a few other decent songs, but are a little too country for my mood.
