Best "Gun Buyback" EVER!!!

Recommended Posts

"John Diaz, Seattles Police Chief,  wasn’t pleased with the turn of events stating “I’d prefer they wouldn’t sell them,” but admitted it’s perfectly legal for private individuals to buy and sell guns, FOR NOW. Mayor Mike McGinn said at a news conference the private transactions are a loophole that needs to be closed. “There’s no background checks, and some (guns) could be exchanged on the streets that shouldn’t be in circulation.”"

Proof the government HATES competition.

According to a friend in Metro PD, nearly everything they get on their buybacks is junk. Every now and then something good shows up, but you'd have to be in the right place at the right time and hope against all odds that the one or two that show up that day would deal with you instead of turning it in to the cops.

Metro's recent buyback in November only netted them 91 guns.

But if an impromptu gun show broke out then word spreads pretty quickly that some people are down there paying cash instead of $25 Dollar General gift cards. Maybe that would make more show up.

I think that's the key,  $25 for a gun isn't going to get any guns.  At least Seattle was offering $100 & $200.

But the BuyBack wasn’t a bust. On the contrary – their $80,000 supply of gift cards didn’t last but 2 hours, and by 11:00 am they began attempting to issue IOU’s at which point the entire crowd responded by turning and marching toward the gun dealers, forcing the police officers to pack it up for the day.

They went though 80,000 dollars of gift cards 100 and 200 dollars allotments in 2 hours?

So they got between 400 and 800 guns?  That is allot of sheep lining up to sell their freedom.

BTW, I am not really believing the missile launcher.  That is a repeat from another news stories weeks ago.

Plus why are they buying that at a gun buy back.  That is clearly not a good and can't be used.

Probably something from some novity shop like we can buy defused grenades and I have also seen some empty bombs.
