  2. Let freedom ring
  3. I called Blackburns DC office today. They sat in silence then hung up on me. Called back and another clown answered and requested I email them. Blackburn is another RINO douche. I'll never vote for her again.
  4. Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO. Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~
  5. Up for sale is a super clean Bersa Thunder Plus. Comes with Factory Case and 1 15rd mag, and paperwork, just as it shipped. Great feeling piece. I’ve had the single stack for years and love it. Bought this one but just decided I don’t need it. Must be legal to own and be a TN. Resident. It’s for sale $300 FIRM. TEXT IS BEST 615-504-1491.
  6. The tax on SBRs and suppressors will be reduced from $200 to $0, once sign by Trump and the effective date for the legislation arrives. However all the paperwork, fingerprinting, and wait while The ATF, does their thing, still remains in effect. That could take as long as 3 weeks or 18 months. And I’m hearing DOGE and the ATF are about to announce changes in the way they are doing things at ATF. That could be a good thing or a bad thing. Personally, I’d wait and see if the lawsuits filed by GOA, NRA, and other 2A alphabet groups are successful in fracturing the NFA before I would buy anything.
  7. It's almost like...a bill so big that you have to pass it to see what is in it isn't a good idea.
  8. Best shooting Glock I own. It’s my Winter carry pistol. And yes, it’s a biggun!
  9. https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/1/text SEC. 70436. REDUCTION OF TRANSFER AND MANUFACTURING TAXES FOR CERTAIN DEVICES. (a) Transfer Tax.--Section 5811(a) is amended to read as follows: ``(a) Rate.--There shall be levied, collected, and paid on firearms transferred a tax at the rate of-- ``(1) $200 for each firearm transferred in the case of a machinegun or a destructive device, and ``(2) $0 for any firearm transferred which is not described in paragraph (1).''. (b) Making Tax.--Section 5821(a) is amended to read as follows: ``(a) Rate.--There shall be levied, collected, and paid upon the making of a firearm a tax at the rate of-- ``(1) $200 for each firearm made in the case of a machinegun or a destructive device, and ``(2) $0 for any firearm made which is not described in paragraph (1).''. (c) Conforming Amendment.--Section 4182(a) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``For purposes of the preceding sentence, any firearm described in section 5811(a)(2) shall be deemed to be a firearm on which the tax provided by section 5811 has been paid.'' (d) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section shall apply to calendar quarters beginning more than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. I think this was in the version that the Senate sent to the House for vote. If the bill changed at all, it would have to go back to the Senate for another vote.
  10. The Taurus would be a good starter. I’ve owned one for 7 or 8 years. Not had any issues with it. But it’s not a pistol I carry. If you wanted to step up, a used police trade-in pistol might be the answer for just a little more money.
  11. I've been interested in these. Not had the chance to hold one yet. I've got two questions for you. Are you interested in any trades? And where are you located?
  12. Today
  13. I got a E-Mail from Rainier Arms that said that the NFA did pass- Still in the NFA but the tax portion was removed- So no more tax on short barrel rifles-suppressors-
  14. And reap the whirlwind, lol.
  15. I’ll vote for the .45-70 no matter the price difference. I do realize you could fund a whole block party fireworks weekend with the cost of that one round, but I just don’t think all the fireworks would hold a dud firecracker to the good old .45-70. Happy Freedom Day!
  16. As of today no tax rate has been reset at a zero rate for NFA items.
