    The State will win in the end.  They always do.   Amnesty only means those that have not done so have more time to comply.   What's done is done.

      Honestly, I've been pondering on gun ownership being a civil rights issue for some time.  There is no doubt gun owners are being oppressed, vicitimized and demonized on a daily basis by society in general.  Not only on an idividual level but by businesses and government as well.

      It's actually not expensive at all.  Every news organization in this county has the means and staff to setup a database and load it with records.
