  4. DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING we have a winner here!
  5. I am not the smartest boy in class, just smarter than the average bear. Never did under stand "wanting a refund". Even as a young adult I tried to keep the amount as close to 0 as possible, as an older butt head I find myself taking advantage of .gov when I can.
  6. Not seeing funny
  7. That is the money you give .gov to use all year with no fees paid to you. Me, I keep .gov's money all year to do as I wish with no fees paid to .gov. We have not done ours yet. like waiting till April.
  8. I have a few questions, Lay of the land, flat, hills, tall grass? Are you hunting alone or in a group? Flat land allows you to see a hog coming and have enough time to get a pistol put to shoot. Hills or tall grass and a hog will be at your feet before you have time to draw and shoot. Hunting with a few others I would have a look out for the group, take turns as look out. What ever you chose have fun and be safe, O yea my pick, 44 Mag.
  9. How about a link to a news site or something? https://www.thefirearmsforum.com/threads/benchmade-is-anti-gun-and-pro-democrat.192552/ https://www.opensecrets.org/orgs/summary.php?id=D000047693 https://fromthetrenchesworldreport.com/is-benchmade-knife-company-anti-gun/241964 Some have all the same news.
  10. There is a reason you cut a snake up in to small pieces.
  11. I shot the thing, but Ma,s got to clean it!
  12. We are in sad shape in the country and have been for some time.
  13. My wife and myself have enough cast iron to sink a small boat.
  14. The reason that scared me so much Doug was the fact you couldn't give your firearms to a family member or friend or sell them to a friend. You had to give them up to a gun shop or the police.
  15. There are a more few things that scare me about this bill, this is just one. "If ordered, subjects would have to surrender firearms and ammunition to law enforcement for safekeeping or sell the firearms and ammunition to a licensed dealer."
  16. WOW, that is SCARY. So glad everyone is OK.
  17. Just my guess, not the "Bugle Boy" of Company G!
  18. If this was done today the left would go nuts!!!
  19. That is a good story hipower, OL asked what I was laughing at.
  20. If you really want to not depend on anyone else, make your own primer compound and caps. https://sharpshooter-22lr-reloader.myshopify.com/products/11-percussion-cap-maker https://sharpshooter-22lr-reloader.myshopify.com/products/prime-all-repriming-compound All this and a muzzle loader and you will not need ammo for a good bit. With a flint lock and shoot forever.
  21. Making sulfur is the hard part, better to mine it or just buy some. Making charcoal is easy, using the right wood is the trick, willow is some of the best to use. There are more than a few ways to get the saltpeter. Chicken poo is good place. The process is a bit much but is doable. Your best bet is to buy all the stuff https://pyrodirect.com/Category/black_powder
  22. There is another way to go, let me keep them for you. Be sure to have ammo as well, you know how firearms like to be used. Rent will be low.
  23. No Sheriff I have not seen a Revenue man this week.
