  1. You have to do the math. If you're working 80 hours a week, averaging 190 per unit at 9.5 units per month that equals $5.64 per hour. A $9 per hour 40 hour week gets you close to the same numbers and you get half your life back. Was in auto industry for nearly 25 years. To make big money in sales you have to have repeat business and referrals. Unfortunately that takes time to develop (3 years generally to see it start paying off). Most can't survive that long. If you are waiting for walkups or dealer advertising to drive sales for you it is even tougher. You have to go create sales for yourself. If you hate what you do my only advice is to change now. Life is too short. Good luck.
  2. I've done this for years. Always just gave the money and told them to keep whatever was being sold.
  3. Still one of my all time favorite movies.
  4. Well I'm just gonna say............ Oh nevermind!

    Wouldn't take anything for mine.
  8. We supplement with green beans. Every dog we've had loves them. Just pour some on top of regular food. We just buy the cheapest we can find at Costco or the grocery store. Done this for years.
  9. It was a fantastic day. Picked the trio up then met you for a real neat pistol. One might say that's perfect.
  10. Nothing like getting a text from Mike at Law Enforcement Sales saying all 3 of your transfers are in. Finally got to bring these home today. Now to find some range time.
  11. And a great lightning show. After one very loud thunderclap my dog decided the center of my chest was the safest place to be. Lol
  12. I'm a big guy and very hard on shoes. Recently recovered from a fall down a flight of steps where I tore everything in my left foot. Physical therapist told me to go to a good shoe store that deals with runners. Guy at the store was fantastic and I ended up with Brooks Beasts. Best shoe I've had in years. Not cheap but as prag stated worth every penny.
  13. Just did this on two of the big D cell maglites my father in law used. He passed away the end of March. Both still have dirt and grime on them where he had used them. I bought 2 kits. They are fantastic and very bright now. Wasn't cheap but having these two flashlights working is priceless for my wife and I. One stays by her bedside and the other is in my truck. Ordered from https://malkoff-devices.myshopify.com
  14. The No guns allowed sign is very smart. Because that will deter all thieves, once they see that sign they will just shrug their shoulders and go somewhere else. Wait............... I'm not even sure why my keypad allowed me to even type something like that.
  15. We used Jeremiah Wampler. Great to deal with, gun enthusiast. I agree with Erik88 the Knoxville market and surrounding area moves fast. https://www.coldwellbanker.com/Coldwell-Banker-Wallace-%26-Wallace,-Realtors-10743c/Jeremiah-Wampler-408863a
  16. I pocket carry a P3AT in a nice DeSantis pocket holster in everything from shorts to suit pants. No one has ever commented about seeing it. And I am a big guy. If it does print it looks like a phone. I carry my regular cell in a holster type on my belt.
