Being a wheel gun, people just dump the brass in a bag when reloading at the range. I am sure lots of them reload the brass too.

I just don't talk about guns with my wife. Leads to more tension at home than usual. She is fine if her Dad has a 1000 guns and my kids stay there, but me having any is horrifying. Logic is not her strong suit in this argument. Women believe they are right 90% of the time and men are wrong the other 10%.... I figure if things ever go really wrong, me having guns will not be such an issue with her then.

I love my CZ P-09 at the range, but I can't speak to carrying it.

I have sold and bought on there but it is a crazy place.. I made sure the meeting was very public with clear avenues of retreat. People will kill you for about anything anymore.

I have a M-Lock handguard. You can buy M-Lock rail sections to attach.

According to my wife, everything I do looks like crap, so it would be on par. This is more of a "what-if" than an exercise in practicality or aestetics. I just thought it was outside the box and could well enhance the grip at from over just a rail. Plus lots of people have handles lying around in their extra parts bucket. In a pinch this would suffice. I am not real picky on parts though.

The whole family is cut by the same lady. Just convenient. Plus when I had long hair, barbers had no idea what to do with me. Lol. We tip her, but she is also a friend of my wife. That might figure into it.

Well this came up while looking at sling mounts, but is a separate idea. Yeah, I admit it is goofy, but might be a decent hand hold while firing. Lots of my ideas are goofy. The one with a Sig brace is not an issue as I can shoulder it legally now. The one without is a little harder to hold for me. I am new to AR pistols and am just playing with ideas.

See the above pic. I wanted to mount the handle to the side of the foregrip on a m-lock mounted rail piece not on the top rail. Does that clarify?

@TGO David I don't have a pic of the setup, but here is a close example of what one if mine looks like. The other has a Sig brace on it. There are sights on each. I thought with a M-Lock rail piece you could add an A2 handle to the side of the foregrip. Not sure how functional or comfortable it would be. Just an idea that popped into my head.

Sadly, I ran out of time and money at the moment. Hope to get back to taking advantage of some of this activity soon. Maybe when I settle into the new job and finally get the $$$ my past employer owes me. For now I watch from the sideline.....
