And a good choice it was.

I run a either a Tier One Axis Elite with a side car, https://www.tier1concealed.com/products/axis-elite?variant=17963595235399 or a FDO https://www.fdoindustries.com/collections/kydex-holsters/products/forge-your-own-custom-holster Both are AIWB, and both are comfortable.

I wish the shield EZ 9 mm had been released before my wife purchased her shield EZ 380. I think she would like the larger caliber and the ammo Is “cheaper”.
-
I have not tried carrying my M&P 2.0 compact (15+1). Seems a little big for AIWB carry. I will like to see how these two will compare to my P365XL. The shield plus intrigues me more than the Ruger. But I like Smith and Weston.
-
The Shield Plus just deflated the value of all the Shield and Shield 2.0 pistols out there.

Makes sense. And it’s optic ready.

I got mine from Optics Planet.

Local suggestions needed for barrel threading
Snaveba replied to Protongunner's topic in Gunsmithing & Troubleshooting
I dropped a barrel off at Red River Gun Works in Clarksville last week while I was there on business. I will pick it up when I am back there on Monday or Tuesday. David is former military and it is a small business in his home. Works for the postal service otherwise. Very nice and communicative. He is only open 9-12, but he let me drop the barrel off in the evening. I will post after I pick it up. He charges $35 to cut and re-thread. -
I think the Shield SMSc fits a Hellcat w/o any modification.
-
Shield SMSc install thread (mine) I could probably be talked into selling the SMSc
-
I have a Holosun 507k on my P365XL. I also ran have Shied SMSc that I had on it before the Holosun became available. I liked both sights. The Holosun has a dot and circle reticle option.

Cars are meant to be driven, and guns are meant to be shot.

Where does it say BBQ has to be pork? I love me some pulled pork and ribs, but I will stand by my statement that it’s a cooking method, not a meat.
-
Why is brisket not BBQ? BBQ is a cooking method, not a particular meat. I hate it when someone says “I’m going to BBQ”, then they grill burgers and dogs.
-
I am done using it now. I can bring it back to your office, or work out a way to meet with AJ if it’s close.

Feeling lucky? How about a barrel full of 5.56?

My 22LR will kill you just as dead. Just not as messy.

Local suggestions needed for barrel threading

I am wondering as well. Or has anyone done it themselves. looks like you need a 1/2” annular cutter with a .223 guide rod and then a 1/2x28 die to cut the threads. -
So we have sand in the run and aspen shavings in the hen house.
-
We use Aspen Shavings. Even pine can off gas and bother the chickens when it is hot out.

If you want a real Memphis Original, Dyer’s Hamburgers. It moved from the original location about 20 years ago with much fanfare. Unless things have changed, they fry their burgers in grease. And they NEVER change the grease. They just add to it or the grease from the burgers keeps it replenished. When they moved the restaurant, they had a parade to move the grease from one location to the other.

Whitt’s is NOT Memphis style BBQ. It’s cr@p. I second and third Central BBQ on Central. As one of your sides, get the pork rinds. They fry them to order and they are still cracking on your plate. Sublime. If you like beef ribs, Interstate BBQ on South Third is the only place I know in Memphis to get them. Gus’s is also. Good, but it’s not Bolton’s or Prince’s. Heuy’s was always good for a burger and a beer.
