  1. I get that same bump when flaring-I think it happens more with newer brass that is thicker at the mouth.I also use Lee 4 die set with the factory crimp. All my dies are Lee and have had zero problems.Like Westwindmike says-possibly polishing the case mouth flare it might help
  2. Same for me also Missouri Bullet-I use their 9mm cone 125gr and their .40 cal cone in 180gr.All good so far.I also have a box of 210gr for my .41 Mag.They have very fair prices and shipping and they are darn near local.
  3. Just reading thru several different news sites about California's new gun control initiatives really makes a person wonder where in the name of St.Peter can these so called representatives of the people actually call themselves that-because in my case they wouldn't be representing any of my feelings.I think they need to fire every politician that so boldly defies the second amendment this way.
  4. Same thing here also-password reset and now good to go.I guess this would qualify as a quirk
  5. I like the thought of the new wildcat-although I think it will have a hard time with SAAMI specs :dirty: .For my S&W MP15 I use Magpul 2nd Gen mags and use the 3rd Gen in my .300.There is enough of a visual difference to tell them apart.BUT there's always Murphy
  6. The brass in the chamber looks too straight-there is no shoulder shown-thats weird
  7. Darn tootin-in Wisconsin if you leave a ice fishing shanty on the ice in the spring and it falls in the lake you had better get it out and quick before the DNR knows about it-very larger fine involved if not removed.Tn I am not so sure of but I would suppose near the same type laws involved.
  8. Dogs and their owners who just let them run-I say tazer the neighbor(just kidding)but you get the point.
  9. Nope-I run Windows 10 on both computers and not getting it
  10. I also think in part-some of the malfunctions could be from over springing. In particular with the 1911-owners seem to think you can re spring a pistol and that will take care of some problems.Heavy weight spring and an anemic load causes all kinds of grief.I have 3- 9mm pistols I reload for and mine are pretty weak yet they all operate my slides properly.
  11. As I read the article I also read the comments section-I have to say that most of the comments sound the same-people kill people not guns. It's good that most people are waking up to this fact instead of blaming the inanimate tool.
  12.
  13. Be kinda hard to wear that one out-is that overall thickness
  14. I had to go and look at her website---UMMM----dont know what to say--shoulda never looked :dunno:  :stare:
  15. Naw-a dummy fits in the chamber as an inert round-he is an idiot
  16. I am glad that there are a few lawmakers with some common sense.
  17. I am now the color green-my Dad has 210 acres so shooting at his place is a all the time event-only problem with that is its over 1000 miles away-not exactly a day range trip
  18. I will raise you 2 nopes-I have lived in the area for the better part of 20 years and have found no-where free to shoot-zip-zero-nadda-nill.I originally came from an area where there were many places to shoot for free.
  19. In MY HOME uninvited-crawling out of MY WINDOW-give everything to a thug without reservation-Ya that is going to happen all right-NOT.I wonder how these useless snots would feel if things they worked for started leaving from their windows. This mentality has me bewildered-where does it start.I think part of the blame can be squarely placed in all of this PC crap going on these days.I say if your not willing to die for what your stealing-don't steal.
  20. Llama .45 acp-better off throwing the loaded magazines than trying to fire the gun-in a word perfect world it was considered a jammomatic
  21. Looks to me like we should enact a safe hammer law outlawing any hammer over 1ounce-after all no one needs these assault hammers
  22. I have tried Edge-key word being tried-I don't much care for Edge-too buggy on my PC
  23. One minor difference between both is the safety and release lever plunger tube on the Ruger is forged into the frame whereas the Springfield is not. Also the Ruger frame is cast compared to forged as is the Springfield.I currently own a Ruger SR1911 in a 5 inch but I would not hesitate to buy another Springfield.Currently I have a couple of Kimbers and a Citadel also.Pick what you like and don't look back-they're all good.
  24. True-no extensions available for Edge
