I had the opportunity to shoot one several years back. My impression was one of a very heavy and very accurate range gun or house gun. I ran probably 100+ rounds that afternoon without a mishap. But must say this was a very clean, well broken in pistol. So I would not offer any other comments on the Coonan.

Just look at today's entertainment offerings if you have any doubts about gregintenn or Gotthegoods posts. A very high percentage of African-American oriented tv and movies are all about the thug life, street hustle, and saying that anything goes in the pursuit of the almighty dollar. According to this entertainment media...guns, drugs, and money rule all life. And to "get your due" is the only way to live. By any means. Lawyers, Guns and Money...Warren Zevon had it right!

BEE Careful! lol, couldn't resist. Really though. do this carefully. I did 2 nests the same evening a few years ago. The first went ok. The second was in a large mound of dirt in our dog pen. There were several openings, and I tried to pour gas in them as quickly as I could. Well...I might have overdid it just a bit. Had a pretty loud Whoommpp! when I stuck the end of a flaming broom to the saturated main(?) opening. It did get rid of the yellowjackets for a couple of years though. I've just begun to see a few again.

I keep thinking I'll get get that PSA 300blk upper. Like Omega, I have several PSA products and have zero problems. I just hate to get into another caliber. But probably sooner or later...

I had forgotten just how great this was!

Haven't been that way in quite long time. So I know absolutely nothing about them. I considered use their facility, but just never got around to it. My knees didn't like the stairs.

I have an LCP that I purchased about 2008, not exactly sure of that though. Anyway, I ran across it in a shop in Smyrna, and it walked home with me. lol I did get it with a Crimson Trace laser and find it adequate for any close range work. I carried it until I discovered the Shield, and since, the LCP gets little use. I'll take it out and fire a mag thru it several times a year, just to keep familiar with it. Nice little pocket pistols, I just prefer the Shield more. I really ought to sell the LCP, but too much in it to feel comfortable with what it would bring. So it's a backup these days.

Personal choice on this. I own a 9 and a 45 RIA 1911 F/S. Sweet shooting and dependable. I hope to acquire each in a compact version as well, but would actually just love it in 9.

Sounds like our place Garfua and usuviri. We have a running spring with all that draws. Coopers Hawks, Water snakes, snapping turtles(big ones), foxes(red...cut little guys), deer, possum, raccoons, hummingbirds, Blue Jays, Cardinals, Finches, Titmouse, Doves, woodpeckers, and recently, the coyotes have made a re-appearence. The coyotes I could do without. Our bats seem to have deserted us this year, as the mosquito populate is eating me alive. Going to get a new bat house and get up. See if that helps.

Canned Veg-All? We've used it with several dogs and it seems to work. Just drain the excess water and mix it as you like with other foods.

Our furry companions get into so very much, it's almost impossible to protect them all the time. But I'm so very glad he seems to be improving.
