I have stopped at shooters on Murfreesboro road several times. Folks there have always been friendly and helpful. Bought quite a bit of ammo there during height of shortage. Always had what I wanted at reasonable price. There was an uproar about no loaded guns at one time but I talked to owner said concealed carry ok. They had a problem with some of the non English speaking customers showing loaded guns to each other in the store. Haven't had time to stop there in awhile but gun prices were reasonable last time I was there.

This is one of the reasons only a couple very trusted people are allowed to handle any firearm I own. With that said I never hand anyone a firearm unless the mag is out and slide locked back. This is my practice even if we are at the range and they are going to fire the weapon, they must load and charge the weapon then they have no questions on the status of the gun and safety procedures needed.

Had not heard of them before this so I called and spoke with Dave. He was very helpful in explaining what they have, the types of guns and hours. I wanted to know if they had gift certificates and he advised yes they did. I am going to go today and check them out. This sounds like a great gift ideal for my two boys.

The end is bad but looking at it step by step an all though I don't think they were smart moves, every action fits in the range of the reasonable man rule based on what he knew at the time. =No charges.[/quote] Sir I must respectfully disagree and in fact find it somewhat offensive that anyone would find mr Hendricks actions as reasonable based on the following: 1) we all live or visit areas that have high crime after all that's America today. That is no reason to shoot people we come across. 2) just because he never saw a police car doesn't mean they are not available after all the gf had them on the phone 3) ringing the door bell and trying the door are not reasons to shoot anyone in fact no crime that meets the need for self defense even occurred here. Mr Hendricks should have known this as he did not have to walk over broken glass to get out of the house and in fact had to unlock the closed door to go outside. 4) there was no need to go out and flank anyone as mr Hendricks was between the victim and his gf even before he left the bedroom. 5) if mr Hendricks had time to do flanking maneuvers he should have had time to id the victim as a 74 year old confused man. 6) I will agree with you that they were not smart moves in fact in my opinion they were criminal moves that demand that charges be brought against mr Hendricks.

of course we don't know all the details but based on what I read my opinion is the shooter should be charged at least with manslaughter. this appears to be a shooting that should never have happened but for the foolishness of Mr. Hendricks. this shooting seems to me flawed for the following reasons  a) Hendricks was secured inside the house and not under thread of harm or death B) Hendricks had contacted police and should have remained inside the house and let the police do their job  c)  Hendricks did not identify his target as a threat, I find it hard to believe that any 32 yr old would feel threatened by a 72 yr old if he had just identified the target  with some kind of light  d) Hendricks violated the stand your ground law in that while we don't have a requirement to retreat the law does not give us the right to advance on some one. I feel Hendricks made the same mistake as Zimmerman in that neither understood that self defense should never involve an element of offense or looking for trouble. self defense with a gun should only be a last resort when no other way is available to prevent harm or death to our self or those we protect. Hendricks actions did not meet this standard in my opinion.   disregard the smiley face don't know why its there and could not get rid of it.

a vehicle with a rebuilt title has been totaled by an insurance company. if there is no indication of body damage repair it may have been under water somewhere. you definitely don't want a vehicle that has been flooded. the rebuilt title should have been the first thing a seller should make known. I would have done the same thing.

Ck rock river arms they have a good sell going on now. Between myself and sons we own 5 rock rivers and they have been great guns. Never any problems

I would check the following 1) fuel pump press and volume - ck manual for specs - this will verify fuel integrity 2) ck choke pull off diaphragm - integrity and setting 3) ck rotor and cap for cracks and carbon tracking also check for moisture in cap, and check coil tower for carbon tracking 4) ck ignition timing I think about 8* btdc but ck data plate on truck for spec 5) ford did have issues with ignition modules but just have to swap out if suspect 6) ck pcv valve and hose. if you recheck everything and still cannot locate the issue feel free to pm me for phone number and we can talk over phone. the only thing harder than trouble shooting over the phone is trouble shooting over the internet. good luck
