So, you own Brokeback Mountain?

Well, my wife does. I think it will be going to the range with me Sunday.

My wife got this and watched it the other day and I told her not to watch it but she did.

when I got back from doing somethings she said I WAS RIGHT.

 That's funny! I wasn't even talking about the movie. I was talking about the "Pay it forward" THREAD that's been going on on TGO for so long. If he didn't like a DVD, he could pass it on to someone else on TGO and that person could pass a DVD they didn't like to someone else.

But yeah, as for the movie "Pay It Forward", that could easily be in the worst category, 'cept I don't own it.

So, you're saying, that someone should place "Pay It Forward" in the Pay It Forward thread?

Maybe "Worst" should be further-defined. It connotes negative reaction, and for me the first film I saw that got me angry immediately after was "The Blair Bitch Project." I was furious that a friend would stand in the corner and not at least struggle to save another friend from death. I know that the story would have him be helpless under a spell, but still. It was the first, and probably only time, that salty adjectives left my mouth in the theatre and the people around me were so surprised at the reaction. Most giggled. I didn't.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Pearl Harbor. The most inaccurate portrayal of Pearl Harbor ever attempted. How many stupid scenes? I haven't been able to count them all. The worst was when the two American pilots took of in their P-40s and had two japanese A6Ms on their 6 O'clock. That dogfight would have lasted about ten seconds before the Zeros shot down the P-40s. BUT NOOOO.

They decided that the only way for the P-40s to survive was for them to fly back and forth across the airfield while someone climbed the tower and set up a 30 caliber machine gun. Like getting 100 feet higher was going to help. Then they flew by the tower and the 30 caliber machine guns shot the Zeros down. That was so stupid.

District 9 is the worst movie ever. I felt like I was being punked when I went to see it.

I actually enjoyed the movie because that is exactly what we would do to the aliens. Though I didn't quite understand how the black liquid in the fuel/power cell bottle (or whatever that was) could somehow alter your DNA and make you one of them. That was kinda far fetched.
