This reminded me of a person I have not thought about in many years. A person I went to grade school with.

I grew up with a boy(well went to school with) that when he was very young, I am guess, before first grade got a hold of a blasting cap and put it in an electric outlet.

Best I remember, he blew off all but 2 fingers on one of his hands. I barely knew him, I was a couple years older them him. I did not know him when it happened. it was one of those things everyone found out or heard about it when he started school.

Good thing the gun is big enough so the lawyers can stamp a detailed warning into the side of the receiver.

For that matter they can even put warning on the those .50 rounds too.

Danger, do not use as a Hammer, this dam think may explode. It is a center fire.

Saw that posted all over MWTC Bridgeport when I was attending mountain warfare school. On the one hand I was pretty surprised someone would have an idea that bone-headed . . . on the other, human beings as a whole have ceased to surprise me with the stupid things they will attempt.

Just to add . . . when you can shake a round and hear the powder in it, using it as a hammer is probably not the best idea. I've used a 1911 mag as a hammer in an emergency, but that was the whole mag, not a single round.
