This would be a skinner/camp knife I guess. It's made from 1/8" 1095 carbon steel. The overall length is  9" with the blade itself being about 4". It has a RC of 59. It has jimping and a bit of filework on the spine and brown micarta scales accented with with G10 and white G10 liners. It has brass pins and a large brass lanyard hole.

Krykie!  That's nice - and a nice size.  Mind if I ask you a question?  Well, I guess I am gonna ask and you can choose to answer or not.

What is the difference between 'jimping' and 'file work' on the spine of a blade?  I know what jimping is, I think, but can't figure out how file work differs.  Would you not use a file to create the jimping?

Jimping is for added grip while IMHO file work is for show.

Sweet!! Very nice work! The one I'm working on finishing up I'm giving to my dad for a United Way fundraising auction. I hope it brings a decent amount.

It still needs work in these pictures, but I'm much further along with it now.
