  7. Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO. Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~
  8. Got to spin up some more deer rounds for the grandson, mounting a new scope on the Oryx Chassis I just moved his action to. I have enough for another 100 rounds but kid loves to shoot. I have a lot of different powders to trade and some primers...
  9. He's not very big. I'm betting mama bear kicked him out this spring and he's trying to find a new home. He's only a nuisance in that he pulled down one feeder already and tore it up. I share a property line with the Cattoossa Wildlife area, so I will just get another bear if this one is removed. My main thing is to prevent him tearing up the feeder.
  10. He is smarter that the average bear.
  11. Today
  12. Just ask your eye doctor. I mentioned something about guns and my doctor said, said, "oh.. do you need specific shooting glasses? We do that. I have several patients who are high level competitive shooters." I wear contacts and don't do anything special, but the doc said single vision safety glasses are what they start with.
  13. With the trademark lawsuit, that’s going on, I wouldn’t expect to see a restock anytime soon. This ad was likely planned well in advance, and for whatever reason wasn’t changed in light of those development.
  14. If you put up a feeder you are inviting animals in. All animals wanted and unwanted As long as as there’s food no stopping it
  15. I'm not a fan of DA/SA, but a lot of people are. A Shadow 2/Shadow 2 Orange with the hammer down would work well in Production or Carry Optics and is probably currently the most popular gun for those two divisions. Keep in mind that it doesn't have a decocker and you have to manually lower the hammer before holstering. This is a non-issue, but it freaks out some. A Shadow 2 could start cocked and locked (hammer cocked, safety on) in Limited or Limited Optics and shoot first shot SA. CZ has three basic flavors of safeties and I can use the stock Shadow 2 safety with the shelf just like a 1911. Others find using that safety like a SA to be awkward. The flat safeties are not meant to be moved on and off and really serve no purpose, other than to be low profile and stay out of the way. They make a third style with a shelf that is too low and is not very user friendly. I had a non-optics ready Shadow 2 Orange and it would would absolutely shoot the lights out.
  16. Leave the feeder empty for a couple weeks. It'll move on. If it's a nuisance and destroying property, call twra and they'll come trap it and relocate it.
  17. Or maybe birdshot.
  18. call twra
  19. Rubber buckshot
  20. He is not going away without using some very violent tactics- He knows where the food is easy pickings and there is only trapping and removing to a different local- OR???
  21. Roger that. Was left on hold. 0/2 in person. Couple stores I called said they hadn’t had any in a month.
  22. He's back for the third time today. Sorry about the pic, not that good, but I was using a fairly long lens.
  23. Not in stock anywhere around me.
