Have you ever disseted a human? I have. The sternum and ribcage block most of the heart where it is closest to the surface. Spinal cord is protected by a lot of bone too. You'd be pretty luucky to get to it - although you could get there eventually. The others you'd be waiting for them to bleed to death. You could reach the carotid the easiest, but that's a hard one to get to on someone determined to keep you away.   No thanks; I'll stick to guns.

Considering that the legal blade length limit is 4" I don't think about this at all.

My wife was STOPPED in her fairly new Mustang GT when a SUV behind her cut-off a motorcyclist who laid his bike down. He pushed the bike away from him while doing so, and thus slid into/under her passenger rear tire. This popped the plastic bumper out slightly where it connects to the quarterpanel. Two wierd things: First, the accident is considered HER fault because once the guy separated himself from the motorcycle he was a pedestrian and thus SHE hit HIM, (that's according to our insurance company). Second, when we traded in her car the dealership asked us to explain the report of an accident on the Carfax that they pulled. What a bunch of crap!

Not really. Depending on the jurisdiction, of course, it has to be a touch meant to be offensive. Touching someone's arm as they pass by to get their attention to ask a question, for instance, would not be 3rd degree assault. Poking them in the chest or grabbing their arm firmly would be a different story. This is why provoking words usually accompany such determinations.   No new law is required, but it IS New York.

Well, I'm glad this didn't happen in Nashville. :)   Ok, why the interest in a Dodge Ram 1500 when the Ford F150 has much more towing capacity? The F150 is 11,300 lbs, and the Dodge is a bit over 9,000 lbs.

Recently, the network went to Phil saying that there were complaints about all the guns and praying in the show, and asked him to cut that out. Phil told them no way. The show is still going on.

At $35,000 per person they wouldn't speak too often.

I'd just say, "I plead the 5th to infinity" and not say any more. :)
