54R? Pick up a Mosin Nagant -
The Admiral had successfully cloned 4 gangsters and one Nazi as his personal guard....

I have been looking for a reason to buy a .50bmg.. Seems like this trip would be a reason. Maybe some incendiary rounds too.

Can anybody identify this company?
Ronald_55 replied to Ronald_55's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
Yeah for a company sophisticated enough to have a logo to stamp, they are invisible. Thanks -
I ordered glasses, but am not going to be able to travel into the path of totality. So I will get what I can here.

I use box.com at work all the time. I have a bunch of people set up with free accounts to share stuff about their individual projects. None of our stuff is really secret, so it is not a big deal. I also use it to share specific folders with remote family members. I will Pm you.

Set up the grill and sell hamburgers and hot dogs. Bet you could make enough for a new gun.

I had never seen the pages before and I think I must have spent an hour there last night. Shame S&W sent their lawyers calling. There are a few manuals I would like to have. This is much better than the eBay sellers that sell cds full of manuals taken from free sites for $25 or something. Thanks for keeping this rolling and taking on the mantel. If you need to get a bunch manuals from point A to Point B, I find that Box.com's free account is a good way. It lets you have 10Gb and you can share files and folders. Plus, you can have one account for each email address you have if you want to separate stuff. I think the only other limit is that files must be less than 250mb for the free accounts. I find it easier that mailing stuff with today's internet speeds.

That is when they use mass dialers. The computer dials 10 lines or something and the first one to pick up gets connected to the person. all the others get dropped.

The ones I hate are the ones spoofing local cell numbers. I get them all the time and with my kids at friends houses and such it makes me wonder if something has gone on and their phone is dead. If you call the number back it is invalid though.

Nice to meet you. I warn you though, you might get jealous and move east when you see some of the stuff guys post on here that is not CA compliant.

Can anybody identify this company?
Ronald_55 replied to Ronald_55's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
The name makes senses, but they seem to only make western holsters. And I do not see the logo on their site. I am guessing the GLT is the company initials, but no luck so far. Thanks I guess I should post a whole pic. That might help. here is the front side. The back log is stamped between the belt loop area. I am guessing goes on a shoulder harness system. -

Only if they are into bondage. I think the item is a handcuff holder the more I look. -

That has come up in my search, but the GLT leads me to believe it is a company not the show. Especially since the logo is on the back of the item. -
Picked up a grab bag box of stuff and I have a leather piece in there I cannot identify. I cannot seem to find the company even thought my Google skills are usually pretty good. Anybody recognize the logo? Thanks
-
And you duct taped it back together, right. Lol

Anybody finished their own 80% lower?
Ronald_55 replied to grasshoppa's topic in Gunsmithing & Troubleshooting
I am not at the point that I trust my machining skills for something that needs to contain an explosion that close to my body. I know 80%s are billed by some as "invisible", but if I want an AR that is not registered to me, I can pick up any number of local person-person ones on sale. -
The first gun I bought on my own was a Marlin 60. I think everyone needs one. Great guns. And yes the Glenfield name was sort of a store brand line Marlin did. Lots of times (as far as I read) the difference might only be that the wood for the stock was cheaper. Oh the days when you could buy guns at the auto parts store... I miss 'em

No name Brazil made .410 single shot shotgun. My Papaw gave it to me to squirrel hunt. Still at my Dad's, but I still have it. Would be hard for me to give it up. That said. I have every gun I have ever had. Just a thing with me.

So this is essentially an upscale yard sale with an organizing company. Lol
-
Yeah, screw this. An auction means bidding and possible good pricing... I bet he is asking top dollar. Who has an estate sale when the person is still alive?
-
I have one too. Traded a guy some crap com spec Ar handguards (I got for free) and $20 for it. The barrel wiggles, but it does go pew every time. Mine is .22 Short only. Kinda got it just to have an example of one of the worst guns. Plus you never kbow when someone might break in, grab it, and I have to shoot them to save my own life......
