  1. Love the gun combo. But I had such a great time in Sedona some years back. The views are tremendous! Probably not where this shot was taken, but it reminds me of the view from Submarine Rock looking out over the valley and into the hills. Ok, off on a memory kick. If any of you guys are ever there, take the back roads off 89 and see the areas leading out of Sedona. It's a great drive in a ragtop, but I bet it would be awesome on a bike!
  2. Totally agree with you. I've been watching a lot of dvd concerts lately. One of my favorites is Love for Levon, the memorial concert for the late Levon Helm.
  3. Well I guessed wrong on that one. Thanks.
  4. Ok...which is which?
  5. At least that much. I grew up in a very small town with several of the then thought of as rough and tumble counties around it. This was the early 1960s and the situation was nowhere as bad as it is now. There were sides of town, and areas where neither race we welcomed easily by the other; but nothing like the sheer insanity and hatred being shouted out today. Yes, Obama's Legacy...for all to see and suffer thru.
  6. Yes. That's the one I wanted as well. Just have to settle for something else.
  7. I know I already commented on it. But JAB is right. That is about the best work I've seen from you. Yes, I probably say that about each one, but the overall impression of this one is fantastic! The Damascus pattern is bold and very distinctive. I think it really stands out. I know the pattern is really not easily controlled, but this is a great look. The combination of wood and color is awesome. Yes, more needless fawning. lol
  8. YES!!!!!
  9. Well at least the BPS parking lot is a good meeting place. LOL
  10. I like the look. But I just wasn't able to like the LCP or the S version. Had both at one time or another, and just still like my Shield. But that does look good.
  11. I tried to watch the first episode of the second season. I couldn't stand it. Haven't gone back. And it seems that the comments here validate my decision.
  12. Glad you got that. I was drooling and fantasizing over it, but it was all just a dream. Too may things going on now for me to get a Tavor. So, my thanks and congratulations to you.
  13. Unless you have another, better reason for coming to the Mt. Juliet area, don't waste your time. Like others have said, the pricing isn't very good. Selection is usually good, but again, that pricing thing. It's a nice looking store, and all the people I've met in there are nice, but that just doesn't outweigh everything else. I don't go there, and I'm 20 minutes away.
  14. Thanks. Absolutely nothing wrong with an 870 Love them. Actually been sort of looking for one. I don't shoot much shotgun, if any in the last few years; but do have a Mossberg 590 stashed away somewhere.
  15. Nope. That's lousy accuracy. Just give it to me and I'll dispose of that shotty for you. lol Pretty darn good. What shotgun are you using?
  16. Possibly. I won't get to go until Sunday though. Saturday is the Cooper Creek Cleanup weekend again.
  17. It should be great. I have a Tracker 44 Mag that I shoot when ammo permits. lol
  18. Thanks for the listings. I might try the Shrines show.
  19. Thanks. Now since you obviously have discriminating tastes...why don't you just give me that ratty Taurus. You don't need such a thing in your collection.
  20. Very nice! I passed the opportunity to buy one of these full sets a couple of years back. Not one of my smarter moves.
  21. As others have said...Thank You for your years of service. I hope your retirement is as good to you as your service years were.
  22. Is it too early to say I hate you? Ok, give us a rundown on them. Please?
  23. Liberal Educational work at its finest. Do as we want, whether we make it plain upfront or not.
  24. Yeah, I was told the same thing when I tried last year. Sure hate this is happening. The facilities were great. One of my fondest memories of the club and the range involve my first bowling pin match with my BHP. It wasn't pretty. Then doing a "jungle walk" later in the day. It sure was a fun time.
