it could still be original to the receiver, the simple fact you have an IBM barrel and receiver adds value ! if it did have an Arsenal rebuild the armorer took the time to hand select an IBM barrel out of the bin of barrels he or she had which is pretty cool too as a side note the proper term for the flaming a bomb mark is "ordinance cartouche" I may have gotten a digit wrong on your site ...

You really can't.   the flaming bomb is the US Army's Ordnance stamp, some got them some don't.   If the first three of your s/n is 365-366 the mfg dates are 10/43 - 1/44, so great possibility it is the original barrel.   Discovered barrels were in such supply, at times assembly lines were hours from shutting down waiting on deliveries   With 6 million mass produced, matching parts is a misnomer; it's more of original parts. 

All 10 prime contractors shared parts as needed so the trigger housing may be original. For example, Underwood produced 1.7 million barrels, of which 400,000 were used by other mfg'ers.   The barrels don't have individual serial numbers.

  Wealth of info on this forum!   Doing a little more googling I found that a later dated barrel may still be original to the the receiver even if a mix master; can indicate assembly date.

I.R.CO. is for International Register.   7160020 is the part number and correct for IBM.   It's a type III which was late war production, depending on your s/n it could be original.    My Underwood has the same sight, but assume it was replaced during its arsenal rebuild; my receiver has a 7/43 mfg date.    Matching barrel and receiver is gold!

At 550 you got a money maker, though I'd keep it because you won't replace it st the same price. 400-500 is what folks are trying to pull out of post war Universals. "Matching" M1s are rare, the odds of having all IBM parts is slim since virtually all of them have had at least one arsenal rebuild. You may have lucked out and have an IBM barrel. Check the stamp to the rear of the front sight, should show mfg'er and date of production.  My guess sight unseen would be a quick flip at 700, 8s max. Over 1000 they have matching barrels though may not be original to the receiver and/or a war bring back / early CMP purchase with little to no wear. I was bidding on a Rockola receiver/barrel a few months back and it went for over 1500. Lower production volumes, safe queen condition and "coolness" factor. Shoot and enjoy, TNoutdoors9 has some vids shooting 200/250/300 yards, amazing little carbine in the right hands!

You may want to think about reloading .30cal once you realize how fun it is to shoot!   We popped off 150 rounds yesterday and my buddy now wants one.   What was your price point? I paid 750 otd a year ago for a '43 Underwood receiver / '44 Inland barrel (Intrac Bavarian import)   Your 1903 looks to be in awesome condition too!

I use the original for both a CZ 75 and Kahr MK9. Works well for AIWB and 8 o'clock (southpaw)   Quality / construction = A, been is daily use for 2+ years, negligible wear wear Comfort = A Retention = A Sweat protection = A+, used it 2 days last August when training with Randy Harris Re-holster = OP is on the money, but I have no problem taking a little extra time safely securing my pistol.   Due to the backing, the holster also stays put, meaning it doesn't slide up/down or cant forward or back.

Sickening. It goes beyond gun control by Guv'mint, it is an attack individualism; that I as a rational, thinking human being pose a threat to the public safety because I can think and discern.    Vigilantism? Free from gun violence? Law enforcement at greater risk due to assault and high capacity weapons? Loopholes and corrupt dealers? Straw purchase and innocents murdered? 12 year olds terrified of being shot and killed at school?   Explain how or why this should impact ME.  I take full and personal RESPONSIBILITY for my gun ownership and expect to be prosecuted if I break any of the thousands of laws on the books.   Callous since I haven't been a victim of gun violence, perhaps. But I do not and will not place my safety or that of my family in the hands of Guv'mint or any other man.

looking for an economy red dot for my highpoint 995, saw both of these for under $35. More reviews on line for the BSA and either should work on a low recoil platform.   Any first hand experience out there?   Thx!

How about an M1 carbine and Ruger Blackhawk (.30cal)   Not sure of the effective hunting range or game size past 150yards...

Started with the planet of the apes, paid 175 lnib, switched to the storm knock off stock and now have the ts.   I think the ts stock is the most comfortable and for the new models, the clip and pin system makes it easy to break it down   Great little carbine once it and the mags are broken in, fun to shoot and can be amazingly accurate out to 100y in the right hands...   The  10 round capacity is a downside if you're using it in a 3 gun match, but for its purpose and the fact that mags are cheap, it works. 

I recently got an MK9, I am a Kahr fan! Really like your holster.

I'll bet if you forwarded your field trial videos to Kel Tec, they would tee totally refurbished yours and send you a hat and some bumper stickers for your aggravation.   Seriously, . I have heard wondrous things about their customer service and the PMR is one of their "high visibility" products. I'd like to hear of your service experiences getting it fixed and another round of testing.
