  1. 10,  3x in row, whatever that's worth.
  2. Rather strange he went thru all these LE classes & didn't learn that knives & stun guns aren't allowed on school property. Felony is over the top tho. Ohio may have stiffer laws.
  3.  Stick with the F series, you'll be a happy man.
  4. Al Gore & his research buddies have made a mint off this crap. Makes my butt want a dip of snuff!
  5.  Mossberg 500, 20" bbl. 3" 00 buck. & a Streamlight TLR-1.
  6. I've never been in the A-H store, being it's in downtown Nashville & quite a bit out of my way. Likely, now, I won't be going. Not a good way to run a ship. If David & Sam doesn't have it ,or online, I'll wait.
  7.  I worked at the Trousdale Co. jail for 3 years, plus there on a regular basis as Dep.  Not a nice place. Working there ain't no picnic.
  8.     The only place I've been able to find any, on the shelf, was BassPro and WallyWorld, at times. You may have to ask @ WallyWorld. Online, shipping will cost as much as a box of shells. My experience.
  9.  Received my renewal notice Mar.5, malied it back with my check Mar. 6. Not due til June. The waiting begins.       Update.....received my letter today that the appl. had been recd. ( 8 days )    Update #2....received my renewed permit in the mail today.16 days. Not too shabby  I guess.
  10. Not to hijack the thread, tho part relates to S/H, an example for thought. I recently order various reloading parts, etc., from 3 different vendors. Total cost was $149.13. Total S/H cost was $ 44.54. That's approx. 30% for S/H. One of the few things gun related you can't blame on Obama. This is just pure greed, IMHO. Not unusual for an item you can put inside you hand, costs more to ship than the part is worth. Venders have filed a claim on a gold mine here. Only option is to buy off the store shelf. Problem is most LGS do not carry a large selection, and then there's sales tax, so......
  11.  Awesome!! Would have loved to seen the expression on the guys face.
  12. Seems as though a lot of online businesses are making a bundle on S/H these days. Watch the bottom line before you hit "Order".
  13.  Beats me. Haven't seen one with that flat top. You can probably get a Frankford Arsenal for about the same price.  They work well for a vibrating tumbler.
  14.    Sandra Bullock would look good at a dog fight.
  15. Dustbuster, I totally agree on the two missing girls you mentioned. I hope they will be found alive & well. And it's not impossible that they will. Look at the three girls in leveland that had been held captive for years. Another case that bothered me for decades was the Marcia Trimble case. Had no connection to it whatsoever, but weighed on me until the perp was caught 25yrs later. Holly Bobos case bothered me the same way. Had to be someone close to know their way around there. Also thought it strange the brother didn't do more than he did. Case is still under investigation.
  16.    At least one post with some sense. The DA is NOT going to lay out his case for you until it comes time to do so. A body is not required, altho it is good to have for many reasons. Hopefully, fo the family's sake, they will find the body. Neither is a confession. Some of you have been watching too much Law & Order.
  17. L.C. Smith was a very good gun back in the day. Neighbor had one, 20 ga. I believe. He's long since departed. Wish I could have gotten my paws on it.
  18. It's raining & thundering here as well. Just looked at the radar, doesn't look good if it hits here. I've got an appointment @ the VA in the 'boro tomorrow AM. May be interesting.
  19. Now that Obama has advised Russia against it, I'm sure they'll run like scared rabbits.
  20.   LOL, yeah, i still do that. Old habits are hard to break I guess.
  21. The stainless does not wear the brass, contrary to popular opinion. Seems it would , but don't. The vibrating mfgs. would like you to think so, for obvious reasons.
  22. AK, but I have issues from the two holes it left in me.
  23. When I ordered my Model B, the S/H was only $25. Maybe it's gone up in a couple of yrs. The Rock Shed, also sells the Mod. B, but out of stock right now, as is STM. A bit more up front, but don't think you'll ever regret it. My Frankford is still sitting out in the shed unused. I do use the FA bucket & separator that came with it tho.(bought the kit).
