Which one would you keep?

Both... at the front/back of the house. But if that’s not an option; the S&W.

EDIT: I take that back, the S&W is Hammerless; so I’d let it go.

I’ve owned the smith 3 times lol.  Had no intention to buy it back.  Then he priced it🤦‍♂️

Those guys that want to carry a gun in their pants pockets like those hammerless models. Maybe you could trade it for a good one. 🤣

A K or L frame would make a much better home defense gun. Plus the felt recoil and accuracy would be much better for the ladies.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my J-frames. But not for home defense; unless that’s all you have.

Remember....this thread was a "what would you do?" type. 🙃

If have said which ever they shoot better.

Good for your ladies being willing to take care of business 👍

I’m not always home.  I keep a fn509 and 3 mags out.  Revolvers are foolproof though.

I'd keep the Taurus. I refuse to own any S&W with the lock. But that's just me.

Actually, if its for your wife, I'd sell both and find her something she really likes. A good K-frame revolver is a much better shooter and darn near fool proof if she likes it.

My sweetie has a MDL 65 Lady-Smith 38/Spl357Mag in 3" for her house gun. She loves the gun. Shoots it well and she has it loaded with Cor Bon DPX 38Spl.

I would keep the Smith. Got one just like it that rides my safe, but my pocket.
