Says " J Landauer" and "Munchen" (Munich, Germany) on the barrel. She's not only pretty but very balanced. Wish it was a bigger caliber (375, 423) but the Ole 8x57 fits it well2 points

This has been a common complaint for years. I'd like to think they either reworked the firing pin channel geometry or switched to better steel than the injection molded striker they were using. Either way, I've heard tale of some calling CZ to get a replacement before theirs actually broke, so they'd have one when it happens. I'm not sure if that works or if they ask for a pic of the broken part. Either way, most people admit this comes with excessive dry-firing w/out snap caps or an O-ring. I think a gun should be able to tolerate dry-firing w/out harming the weapon, but if it's a known issue that might be a way to avoid it. I'd still buy the tool hardened CGW striker if it were me, just to be safe. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck. I really hate when my favorite brand of gun has known issues and doesn't fix it right.2 points

Ok, that all makes sense. But "uncommanded"?? Sounds like a PC euphemism. Like "unhoused" person. You know what I mean?2 points

I'm not sure it would be right to sell a firearm if you truly believe that it's a safety hazard. My inclination would be to set it aside and hope that one day Sig will do the right thing. If not, then I guess I'd just take the loss and destroy it.2 points

Like new. I bought it new and havent fired it. Comes with 1 20-round duramag and a 20 round magpul pmag. I did change change the flash suppressor to a surefire flash Hider and the Sig ambi charging handle. Asking $1000. Work in Lebanon and live in Old Hickory. Only trade I would consider would be for a FN 509T in FDE.1 point

i am selling my Sabre Defense XR15 which has the Adams piston system to keep cool and clean. Never fired it myself. I picked it up off of gunbroker.com several years ago and had Royal Range go over it for me. It is really solid with no rattles. I loved the Sabre because it was manufactured in Nashville. Not interested in trades. Meet at Royal Range in Bellevue (West Nashville) or my office near downtown Nashville.1 point

This a a rare bird. Very hard to come by. 1952 Colt lightweight Commander 1911 in 38 Super caliber. It shows a little minor wear, but is in outstanding condition to be 73 years old. Comes with one Colt factory magazine. I hate to sell it, but I haven't shot it in years and I find its time to thin the herd a bit. $2500 I'm not really interested in trades, but I will look at offers. I'm afraid I'm not much of a photographer.1 point

If you don’t care about money, Desanos. Wood fired. Im originally from the NE. I’m a pizza snob. One thing I miss about home. Pizza tastes better out of brick ovens. I think they use old world dough. Tastes like New Haven pizza minus some of the char. You’re looking at $40 for a pizza. It’s worth it. If you go in person you can build your own infused EEOV and you used to be able to BYOB but they offer wine service. Close to your area: Long hollow pizza is around the corner from camps. It’s decent pizza for when you have a pizza maintenance craving to satiate. Sometimes topping heavy. Thursday nights $10 2 topping and a soda or beer. Used to be a spot in Hendersonville near the movie theatre “slice of ny”. Not sure if still there. Has some flop and grease but tastes like nyc street pizza.1 point

Some people do a pressure test on each case so they don't want them decapped. Ammo reloading companies will only buy it with primers. Most everyone that reloads has a tumbler or 2 to clean what they can get free or cheap. Only thing I want in brass for now is 303 Britt, 444 Marlin and 9.3X74R. I've got lots of 9mm that no one wants.1 point

I’m a big fan of the Ruger LC9S, an upgrade to the EC9. I think it’s was one of the best single stack 9s on the market!1 point

There can be several instances where negligence isn’t the best description. Hang fire, firing pin issues, slam fire, but they are exceptions. Most unexpected fire is more properly deemed negligent. The 320 issue still escapes explanation.1 point

Quick question: When the hell did we start using "uncommanded" instead of "negligent"? It doesn't fit in my mouth right. It's always been an 'ND'1 point

Yes take it to a gunsmith if’s it’s a gun you’re going to bet you and your family lives on make sure it’s as reliable as you can make it1 point

a friend of mine suggested making pizza on flour tortillas, because we like thin crust. He was right it's awesome unless you don't like thin crust.1 point

lol. I am saying the opposite of what you are implying. If it’s faulty, that should be easy to prove right? its engineering not magic. I have guns from every major company. I could care less about where this ends up. I'm actually suggesting people be less emotional about it.1 point

The Sig Sauer P320-M17/M18 manual updated on 5/7/2025 has explicit instructions that the most effective safety is to carry your pistol without a round in the chamber and to load a round in the chamber only when ready to fire. https://www.sigsauer.com/media/sigsauer/resources/OPERATOR_MANUAL_M17_M18_COMMERCIAL_1302517-01_REV05_WEB_FILE.pdf However, the civilian P320 manual is missing these warnings shown in the image below. https://www.sigsauer.com/media/sigsauer/resources/OPERATOR_S_MANUAL_P320_8501909-01_REV15_WEB_FILE_1.pdf P320-M17/M18 manual image link since size > 600 KB. https://imgur.com/Zf7GkOY0 points
