My only experience with the CDL is a friend bought one in .25-06 a few years and loves it. Not as nice as a BDL or even ADL but, a good solid rifle.

Yeah, no telling. I remember when you could get them for less than 100 bucks a piece. I love'em because they're built like a tank. Russian tank!

Charter in my opinion makes some good guns. I've handled a few and they look good.

On the coins look for certain mint marks such as S which is San Francisco, and if you have any Morgan dollars CC which is Carson City are very collectible and more valuable. Certain coins that are in very good shape could be valuable too.

I shot a Contender with a 14" .357 Herrett barrel on and it was a handful. It had wood grips that felt like getting hit with a hammer.

Theres a video on youtube(at least there was) of them getting the Phillipines Garands. Some were petty rough. The roof leaked where they were stored and some were in bad shape.

I've watched several youtube videos on the Armscor/Rock Island 206 and 200 and very few are negative on these guns. I'd like to have a 200 myself. Also the 206 and 200 are 6 shot revolvers too. Don't see that in 2" revolvers much anymore.

I don't care if they was squib loads. He should've still known that they wasn't coming out the barrel. I think God looks out for and protects stupid people.

If S&R doesn't work out check out the Sparta gun show coming up in May. Thats a kind of a long wait but, you will usually see a few Garands there.
