  1. I guess I'm a snob. I didn't like the feel of the P-07. lol Just prefer the 75/85 models. As much as I like poly and striker fired pistols...I just can't believe how well I can shoot the CZ. Somehow I ended up with 2 75s. Each shoot great but have a slightly different feel and character. I contemplate selling one, then realize I really can't replace either.
  2. Interesting looking. I haven't seen them personally, so I'll hold comments till then.
  3. You did good buddy! I've had the unique pleasure of helping a few new young shooters as well. I found it to be so much fun that I often didn't shoot for myself on those times. Back on the LC9/s. My problem was that I found, for me anyway, the little pistol had a pretty snappy recoil. Considerably more than the Shield. But as you say, that's what make this all so interesting for us. Thankfully we all don't like the same things and that gives us the opportunities to buy other guys castoffs. lol
  4. Does it co-witness with the stock sights?
  5. Love the carbine! I have the pistol version working toward the SBR status for it. Have my 922r kit and lots of mags for it. That new charging handle looks great. Not familiar with the trigger, but will check it out. Always like to see what other have done to theirs. And yes, welcome to Club CZ. Now get a couple of 75s and a Rami to round the collection out.
  6. Ok...I'll be the bad guy. I've owned and shot both models of the LC9. Yes the "s" model is better than it's predecessor, but I'm still a Shield man. Last gun I bought was at the meet and greet at Everything Weapons. It was the Performance Center Shield. Like Musicman...I love it. Just works better for me. And no...not dissing the LC9 in either form. Just my choice.
  7. I understand your pain my friend. I have one similar to that. She just requires that all bills be paid before I go "looking."
  8. It's already been said...but really glad you guys are ok.
  9. More like the zombies rushing for the wall in Israel from WWZ.
  10. That's an awful pun!!! But a sweet rifle. I have it in stainless steel.
  11. Sweet pistol! Sure looks bigger than 12" in the pics though. Going to SBR it? Just thinking it would look great with a minimalist stock on it. lol
  12. Thanks. We just changed over to FBIT and am looking at what to do.
  13. Haven't broached the subject with them yet, but do you know anything about Farm Bureau of Tennessee relating to this?
  14. I can't stand Twitter. It's more asinine than FaceBook. I looked at it a time or two and ran away.
  15. I've felt like this was going on for a long time. Guess I wasn't really just a delusional paranoid.
  16. Hey...nothing wrong with the Sig 1911s. I got a couple of them. They are great.
  17. Reposted? Yes. Is it worth watching again? Yes. I wonder if FaceBook would allow this one?
  18. If I could work the time and the cost into my budget, I'd love to. But not possible this year.
  19. I like your style! I have a few extra rounds sitting around, but always on the lookout for a great price on 22. lol I know that's not happening too often these days.
  20. Wow. Looks like a great layout and would love to attend someday. Never shot much Trap/skeet. Only a few times many years ago. Perhaps a new hobby? lol
  21. Like both. But I've been lusting after a Night Watchman for some time. Yeah...like I need another 1911. lol
  22. That first and 3rd pic of the straight razors is amazing! And I've said it often enough before about Damascus this is no surprise...that Damascus blade in the #2 pic sets my heart a beatin' heavily.
  23. I started wearing suspenders a few years ago while working in the yard. Got tired of pulling up my pants every time I bent over. Well...it worked so well I just started wearing them all the time. Usually like AmPaTerry says, just under my top shirt. And since I do suffer from the old age bulge; it's much more comfortable as well.
  24. Tennis ball? Get the 20 gauge!
  25. Welcome back to the wastelands.
