Mutant mosquito? lol Actually reminds me of the Strider from Henson's The Dark Crystal.

I looked the thread over but didn't see anything on ammo pricing. Will it be similar to the Strategic Edge shoot? And since the admission price is lower, I assume food and drink is a for sale item there?

Like the minimalist stock and finish.

Saw this a couple days ago on FB, but couldn't seem to get it to here. But at any rate, the lady sure puts it plain that Hillary is anti gun, and will stretch the truth to back her agenda.

That's true. I just don't understand the mentality of those dissing Trump because of his commentary on many different issues; telling us how bad he "might" be for the country. But yet we have Hillary, proven to be a liar and a lawbreaker(If you believe the FBI), and people of all interests are raving over her. Even within the gun community. How many times do we need to listen to her comments on the Constitution, not just the 2nd Amendment, to understand what she plans for this country?

I agree GT. People are nuts! I had a woman who was pulling a trailer full of cut tree limbs and brush up 65N near VVB call the police and say I was in a road rage scenario because I flashed my lights at her because the limbs were coming off the trailer. None of it was tied down. And of course one bounced around in the road and hit the front of my car. That's when I started flashing my lights and got close enough to get a tag number. I pulled to the roadside to call 862-8600(always correct...that's me lol). By the time I got thru, a Goodlettsville officer pulled up behind me and checked me over. I explained the situation, he took the tag number and then escorted me to the lady's truck/trailer down off the exit where she stopped. We got it all straightened out, and I got her insurance info and had my front end repaired. She didn't get a ticket because the officer didn't see it all happen. But when we got to her, she was finishing tying down the remainder of the limbs.

Go for it! That's the beauty of the AR form. Do anything you can conceive to one. And yes...I like it.

VERY NICE!

I've read this thru twice now. I see this as a threat to the small gunsmith, especially those not working for an FFL, or large enough to have a manufacturing license..

And if you listen to Bill extolling on all the virtues and accomplishments of Hillary tonight...you'd have to think that Hillary was responsible for everything that was ever done in Arkansaw and Washington.

Well...they certainly are persistant. Got another one yesterday. lol At least it was a different voice.

hipower replied to seez52's topic in Events and Gatherings
But I miss PawPaws Jerky. It was some of the best I ever found at a gun show. lol -
Excellent presentation of how the Gun Free Zone really works.

Really? I tried both numbers and got a reference to a church with the number and an old listing that said it was for a Trinity Lane gas station.

Got a phone call this morning, and my answering machine picked it up before I got to the phone. Instead of letting it record, I picked it up to answer, so I don't have a recording of the call. What I heard was an automated message telling me to call this number, 1-669-235-4469, immediately or I would be called before a Federal Magistrate to answer for violations that I'd ignored. This is your second and last call, it said. Puzzled, I called the number. A voice, sounding somewhat middle eastern to me, answered and identified itself as Officer unintelligible name of the IRS. I asked again who was speaking and got the same garbled result. I asked again who this was and what it was all about. The voice asked for my name and telephone number. I said if you're the IRS, you should know that. To which the voice replied giving me the number I had called in on, but no further information. I asked again for identification of the person and the reason for the call. Again some barely intelligible voice saying I was in violation of Federal laws and would be arrested if I didn't comply. I asked what laws and what I had done, again asking for clarification. Got no answer, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Then I was asked if I was John England. When I said no and didn't give my name, the call ended with a click. Beginnings of a scam? That's my thoughts. A search for the number revealed the information that backs up my thoughts on this. Still kind of freaked me getting a call like that. Thought my past might have been calling.

Good for him. It's a very hard book to find. At least at a reasonable price.

If you haven't watched this video...I suggest you do. The information it presents is both fascinating and terrifying. At least to an old out of shape guy like me.

Closest I'll be is in Cookeville in a couple of weeks.

Well...at least I have 8 mags for mine.

Best Gunsmiths in Hendersonville-Nashville area
hipower replied to cmsmith712001's topic in Handguns
You won't go wrong with any one of these 3 guys. I've had work done by Sam and Jeff at different times in my life. If Tim were closer, I probably would have tried him by now as well. But for many different reasons, Sam is where my guns go these days. -
