As most of you know, Consumer Reports does reports every year that show the brands with the highest levels of reliability and the highest level of brand loyalty. Oddly enough, the least reliable vehicles often have the highest customer loyalty. Not sure what is wrong with people's brains that make them desire vehicles that they won't be able to drive, but I am a Japanese guy through and through. In my garage/driveway you will find a Toyota, a Honda, a Yamaha motorcycle, and a Honda motorcycle. I've done the "fix a car more than you drive it" thing the last time I bought American. Sorry, but I'd rather drive a vehicle than fix it. YMMV. 

  Not everyone who earns the Ranger tab works in a Special Ops unit. I've met leg tankers with a Ranger tab. Though they have the tab, they don't perform the missions daily, so there is quite a bit of difference. 

I could probably hunt the broad sides of barns with a slingshot pretty reliably. 

  Nope. I'd much rather be here in the snow and ice than there on the beach. I HATE hot weather. In fact, I went camping in the Smokies this weekend. Battled 60MPH winds and -20 wind chills. It was fun. 

  Agreed. At the very least this is a sign of the beginning of the end. I remember when my grandma got to this point, and it was over quick. 

I don't need a special day for bacon. I love bacon every day. 

I couldn't take a good picture if a thousand professional photographers did everything but hit the shutter for me. I SUCK at photography. I guess it's a good thing I'm mediocre at so many other things or I'd have nothing to live for. 

I've dealt with them since 2006. I have bought two bikes from them and had countless services and repairs done there. So far they haven't done anything to make me steer clear of them. It might be because they always have plenty of business.

Man, that just brings a whole other level to the hangover.

That is a very smart device. Very innovative on his part.

  McCarthy wasn't after terrorists. He was after anyone who disagreed with him. 

  McCarthy may have been right, but that doesn't excuse trampling on peoples' rights for thinking differently than him. 

There's always been some give and take in America. Yea, you might not have landed in jail in 1956 for having a rifle in your car, but if your political beliefs were not to the liking of McCarthy and his ilk you might. Or if you were black and drank from the wrong water fountain. Or sat in the wrong seat on the bus. In some areas we've improved, and in others we've taken giant leaps backwards. 

I was gonna run the preview, but right before I started the install I had a better idea and went and crushed my nuts in a vise. It was way less painful. 

Before you lynch the culprit, remember he could have been hunting something else, taken a shot, and hit this eagle. It's even within the realm of possibility he never even realized he'd hit it at all.    It is an awesome damn bird though. 

  Wholeheartedly agree. Though I have seen several good homespun camo jobs, I think this one is among the best. 

  I would much rather have Sig take them to court and wait. Sometimes the government needs to be beaten back with a stick and I'm glad Sig has the resources to do so.

Too easy: Michael Moore's Sicko. But in the new version, I'd like his boat to sink halfway to Cuba and take him with it. I'd pay to see that.

Yea, I like the first one. The other two, not my cup o' tea, so to speak. But if it makes you happy, my opinion ain't worth a whole lot, is it? 

Well we can all rest easy because these teachers have tenure. Thank Bob for small favors. 

Nice. I am trying to get back into shape so I can do some of this stuff again. How do you like your FAL? I have always wanted to try one out.
