I worked in hospitals for 41 years and saw plenty of things very similar to this. Both male and female. I have often wondered why they refer to this as using "recreational drugs". Doesn't appear to be my kind of recreation.

Yeah, I’m not trying to brag or advocate in any way, shape, form, or fashion, but I did a lot of drugs in my youth. I never had the desire to whack of my own wang in such a manner.

Well, at least the guy on drugs had an excuse (drugs) to his behavior. What about the idiot that was filming and yelling "Shoot that m*cker".

He wasn't on drugs and was still an idiot.

Also, he is definitely going to "feel this" later.

 

I must say, all three officers seemingly did a fantastic job in handling this situation. If it were me, I would have at least wanted to arrest the camera guy for inciting violence.

It's a mess, but it really doesn't "show anything" and may be censored slightly, I'm unsure. Most of it is at a distance. There is...a lot of blood though.

My suspicion? Since the camera guy got cursed out by the perp, he wanted the cop to shoot him to right the wrong of being personally verbally assaulted.

Perhaps, typical a-hole anyway. The world is full of them but fortunately some people change. 

 Cops did a good job for sure, I believe there are times that shooting an unarmed man is justified, but these cops had plenty of space and opportunity to get him down non lethally.

I'd guess everyone on the block is higher than a kite, except for one grandma, 2 newborns, and perhaps some of the officers trying to subdue the former guy.

And if we are guessing what really may have happened maybe the guy behind the fence doing all the screaming to shoot the guy was actually the guy that did the cutting and was wanting the cops to kill the one person that could testify against him. Lovers quaral maybe.................
