Stopped by today just to look and they had 40, 45, 223, and 556. They were limiting to 1 box of each. They also had some 00buck which I haven't seen in a while. Just wanted to pass on the info. Happy huntings

On principle-- Dick's caved to the gun control crowd within 36 hours of Newtown by pulling all of their AR rifles nationwide. On top of that, they welched on a big AR purchase contract with Troy Defense at the same time. Troy Defense currently has litigation pending against Dick's for breach of contract.

Dick's stinks in a cowardly fashion. When the chips were down, they turned their back on gun owners AND manufacturers.

Even so, not everyone feels that way, and you are certainly entitled to do business with them if you wish-- they just won't get any of my money. I have a long memory.

They quit selling ar's after Sandy Hook. Not onlt did they quit they wouldnt fill orders where people already had them ordered before it. Seen an article the other day about how their sales and stock value has dropped after that and they are blaming it on the Lance Armstrong fiasco.

Why shop there when there is academy 1 minute away? Academy has everything. AR, handguns, ammo, glock mags.

For me, Dick's is no longer an option.  Unlike CTD, who I learned were scoundrels before I started spending money on guns and ammo, I used to do business with them.  Anybody who had a business freakout after Sandy Hook is off my list in perpetuity, unless significant amends are made.

I would go down there every couple months, NEVER AGAIN, they support gun control, and I value my rights way too much to spend a dime there. I won`t sell my soul, by doing bussiness with DICKS, SORRY, but what they did, really hurt.
