Hey folks! My name is Jamie. I grew up shooting organized skeet, hunting deer, turkey, quail, dove, and pheasant. My parents breed Brittany hunting/show dogs so we always had bird dogs to hunt with. I am ex-military. I was a Navy Corpsman specializing in combat medicine at 2nd Marine Division. Since leaving the military I have lived all over the US to include Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio, Dallas, Honolulu, and Kihei Hawaii. I've been to 22 countries my favorite of which was Romania. I enjoy shooting metal plates with my Glock 21c while it's wearing a Kriss Vector 30 round magazine. I also enjoy introducing people to shooting. I daily carry a Glock 29 because when it comes to self defense I consider man to be big game; top of the food chain. I load my carry mags with Buffalo Bore 180 gr ammo. I carry in a Jackson Leather Work OWB, a MIC holster, and a LeatherNeck Tactical Concealment kydex OWB for TLR-1. I also own a lovely Remington 870 from a custom shop in Little Rock, AR. It has had the forcing cone lengthened and let me tell you, this is a must. The reduction in recoil is marked. I use to be a 1911 guy till a few years ago. I'm excited about becoming a positive part of the TGO community. See ya out there!
